The house has an awesome floor plan and plenty of space and is well-maintained. Garden Reality went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and answer our questions. The beach is easily accessible and when not at the beach, we stayed in the pool. We loved it so much we have booked it again for next year!

Great location and good unit. Unit has 3 bedroom/ 3 baths that really suited our needs. The unit, grounds and the pool area were all clean. The condos exterior had blown off in some places due to a heavy storm. So hopefully they will get that fixed soon. But overall a good place to stay.
The Garden City Realty folks were all very friendly and helpful at all times. Lauren with GCR especially worked so hard to find the right condo for my crowd. I will definitely call on them again!

Wonderful. Unit 904 was very nice, clean, and comfortable. Perfect weather. Enjoyed coffee on the balcony in the morning and wine in the afternoons.

Great view from the balcony. Furnishings were a little outdated and only one person could shower at a time due to water pressure being low. Overall great location and unit.

Wonderful and relaxing. Great location to Myrtle Beach but with the house being very quiet and private. Pool was a good size for 5 small kids 2-6yo.

great house and location - perfect for what i wanted -
been staying in that area for 40 years. the outside back porch lights didnt work or we could not figure how to turn them on . only outside lights in front that worked were front porch light and light up stairs. very dark from car to steps and we had 2 people in their 90's. those are very minor but you may want to seee why they dont work .
