We had a wonderful week at this beautiful home. This is, I believe, our sixth year renting this house and have always found it to be in great shape. Any small maintenance issues that have arisen have been promptly addressed. We will rent again as long as this house fulfills the space needs of our family.

I had the opportunity to work with Drew [Dellinger] as he showed my parents some developments based on their interests.  Drew is extremely knowledgeable with this area to best inform clients' questions on: builders, housing market/trends, true costs of amenities but most importantly advise practically to ensure a proper sale.  As a local family man, he believes in people to truly enjoy where they call home.

It was a very seamless process from when I put down the deposit until when we checked in and checked out. The house was exactly what we were expecting based on the pictures which is not always the case. The wrap around porches with narrow spindles and a gate were perfect for the little ones in the group.
