We spent the first weeek of September at Surfmaster and throughly enjoyed our time there. The building is well maintained and the pool area is wonderful. Our condo was clean and well stocked with appliances. We weren't too sure about renting a first floor condo but the view was beautiful. Even with the hot tub being located close to our deck, we weren't too bothered. It's just a little unfortunate the night light comes on at around 8 and doesn't shut off until 10 pm which kind of distracts from the view sitting on the deck but I know it is for security purposes. It looks like the condo has been upgraded recently which was very nice. Now all that needs to be done is to replace the dishwasher and sofa which would put this condo at a 10+

We enjoyed our stay at Sea Mystique. The location is good and everything was clean. We were surprised that someone walked off with one of our chairs in the middle of the day on a Saturday. It was just outside the door of the condo when we came up for lunch and was gone after lunch. So even during the day it would be best to keep your beach things on the balcony for safety.

We have stayed in this unit twice. The kitchen is very well equipped in comparison to similar units. The kitchen, baths are upgraded and flat screen TV's throughout. I was very happy to see free WI-FI has been added. We would definitely stay here again. We have vacationed at One Ocean Place for 15 years with our now grown children and love the property!

My father, brothers and sister, and their spouses stayed for a week at License to Chill (No children or Grandchildren:). The house was perfect. It was very clean, well stocked and the private pool was absolutely fabulous. I would highly recommend this house for its location and cleanliness and the views from the porches are beautiful!!

The location is fantastic, the beach is beautiful and wide and the property is very neat and clean. We will definetly be returning...

My family has rented this condo for the past 7 years and has already reserved it for 2 weeks next summer. We arrived this year to find it repainted, the kitchen beautifully redone, and lovely new wood floors throughout. The update looks amazing! We are so thankful that we are already locked in for our favorite 2 week vacation every year. We also made new friends while there this year.
