We had a wonderful stay in this unit. It is beautifully decorated, clean, neat, and organized. Everything we needed was available. We enjoyed the new furniture, especially the blue chairs on the porch. We would definitely stay in this unit again. It was a great vacation!

Nice condo, but some things were not working, like the dishwasher, half bath toilet wouldn't flush, and one hallway light was out. Bed was very comfortable, and everything else was great, really enjoyed the oceanfront balcony.

We were pleased with our stay mainly due to the remodeled unit itself. Parking was more than adequate, as was the number of elevators. We would DEFINATELY consider renting this unit again!

Our stay at Love's a Beach was very relaxing and quite enjoyable. The pictures of the two upstairs bedrooms don't do the property justice. They are very spacious and very comfortable. Plenty of room for the entire family. We would definitely stay again. The only thing that I would watch out for is the steps in the front of the property. The last step before the turn down to the ground is very hard to see and many of us tripped down the stairs. My husband was coming down at night and wiped out spraining his ankle. Good thing it was the night before we left.

Although the place was in newer/updated condition the kitchen cabinets and bathroom cabinets needed to be updated as they were not in great working condition. The shower in the master was very difficult to adjust. What would start out as warm water would become scalding hot from changing the flow from tub spigot to the shower head. The closet door in the master was very awkwardly placed and would almost have made more sense to not have one at all.

Weather was okey. Had a chance to go to eateries we usually go to under the situations we are in. Scenery you couldn't ask for a better view (beach). It was good to have a different scenery and be able to sit inside to dine. The place was very spacious. I just recommend they leave a tv channel menu since our channels aren't the same.

First of all, the location right on the beach was great. You couldn't ask for a better be able to walk right up to the private access made things alot easier. The location, amenities and layout was as stated. There was some minor issues concerning the sliding door of the downstairs living room. It needs new rollers and it would not lock. The bedroom on the bottom floor to the left of the front door does not have an air vent. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom upstairs did not work. The TV remotes were a pain to figure out. They need to be labeled as to which room they go to, since all the remotes were downstairs. One remote was locked and we could not get it unlocked. In reality, all the TV's need to be updated. None of this stopped us from having a great time with all our family. I definitely would have given this a 5 star and recommend it to family and friends if it weren't for the few things that need to be served our purpose.

Very relaxing and enjoyable stay unit was clean and location of condo is awesome. Garden city beach area is clean and a little less busy than other areas. I like that.
