I would recommend this location to anyone. I did have a couple of concerns, but hope that management corrected them after we left. Bottom line, we had a wonderful time -- lots of room, the beach was right out the back door, and the drive to anywhere we wanted to go in the area was short. I was amazed at the amount of kitchen ware that was available, including appliances. There were also a lot of games, puzzles, and even a few books there to enjoy. I hope we can go back soon!

We have been vacationing in Garden City, SC for 20+ years. We have stayed in several units at the Beach House through those years. Unit 107 is definitely one of our favorites. We have used Garden City Realty’s services several times, and have always been pleased with their service. Their customer service reps are kind, helpful and respectful, and their housekeeping services have been fairly decent most times. The hallways, and doors of the exterior building definitely do
need a facelift, as they are looking quite worn.

The house and property was very well maintained. Kitchen was equipped with every thing you would need. Two bedrooms on main level and two up with loft. Plenty of games to play. As well as furniture inside and outside, enough for everyone to sit comfortably. Beautiful home! Short walk to beach access. We would definitely stay again.

The house was great and has a beautiful view. It was fully stocked with just about anything you might need. I was impressed that the walls didn't seem paper thin like many rentals. All the families pretty much stayed on the stretch of beach in front of the homes and there was no crowding because the public beach access is much further up (off season). I would recommend it to a friend and stay there again.
