The property was exactly for what we were looking for. Great location, easy to get to. We wanted something on the beach with enough rooms to accommodate our growing family. We had our own space but had enough living room are for us to come together. The Men loved having a TV in every room and the young people loved having wi-fi. Already trying to find a date we all can go this summer. :))

This was our 2nd stay at Gulf Stream Villas 114.This unit is spotless , very tastefully decorated, and has a well stocked dream kitchen.We loved the king size bed in master bedroom , and the 2 queens in the other 2 bedrooms. It also has 3 full size bathrooms , 2 of those with walk-in showers. It is just steps away to a beautiful pool and just a short walk to the beach.Garden City is a very quiet family beach, and just a short 10 minute drive to Murrells Inlet, the seafood capital of the south.We're looking forward to another stay here next year.Garden City Realty was very professional in the reservation process, and check-in and check-out.

We had a great vacation! This home fit us perfectly. Beautiful view of the ocean and only a short walk. Nice sized pool only a few steps away. Nice deck with rocking chairs were perfect for relaxing. Would visit again a in a heartbeat! Only complaint was the beds could use new mattresses but they were manageable.

We loved the new large couch in the main area. We still cover all the furniture with sheets so our furry friends can sit next to us. We're now bringing a folding table so we sit outside for a meal and games. My only mistake is picking our stay at the same time as bikers week. It's a bit too noisy for us :-)

Another great week on the beach in a tremendous property provided by Garden City realty with a wonderful group of family members. There was lots of room in the beach house with plenty of extras. I must admit it is the best house in which we have ever stayed on the beach. The house is very well maintained, excellent furnishings, very clean, and everything worked. We all experienced a great, relaxing vacation on the beach. In addition, it has always been a pleasure to deal with Garden City Realty.

Condo is right on the beach, it is a beautiful view.

Kitchen is pretty well equipped. Freezer has ice maker but wasn't working.

Washer and dryer in the unit is super helpful. However, the dryer is very loud.

Both showers appear to have been remodeled recently. The shower in the primary bathroom is large and has a shelf and hanging storage to hold shampoo etc.

The tv in the living room is a little small for the space.

A few things that would be helpful, especially for renting the space for a a month or more:
A vacuum - dust pan and broom isn't quite enough.
A Swiffer mop - there are 2 mops but no bucket.
A blanket or two.
A few more pillows. Even with one or two people, three pillows isn't quite enough.

The condo is comfortable. The location is excellent. The pool, hot tubs and outdoor areas are great. The availability of luggage carts and grocery carts is a huge help for moving in and out or bringing back groceries.

We love the Metzler that's why we chose it again. We want to stay again next year, but we'll wait to see what happens with the election and whats going on with safety and prices everywhere.
