Very good time. Only problem is the same with all rentals ,only 2 parking spaces.One of those was under the building which I would not have been able to get my SUV in if anyone had parked in the space in back of me.Would have been nice if the pool got some sun on it.

I enjoyed my stay at Rucker Cottage very much! Everything was located within a few miles. The pool was cleaned every other day. The only thing that I was needs improvement was the number of garbage cans. There is only one on the property and that got filled quickly.

This rental was not my original booking, but Garden City Rental went above my expectations to accommodate my needs. Just a few weeks before vacation I was notified my original units elevator would be out of service for the week of our stay. GCR found me Boston Commons 202 and we could not of be more pleased with how GCR handled everything. This unit had everything we needed, in a great location, easy access to the beach, beautiful grounds. Condo was decorated beautifully, had everything you could possibly need, beds were comfortable, might look small but plenty of space. The only negative was the pool being underneath bldg. Wouldn't be bad if the water was heated. Even in Aug the water was extremely cold. Overall GCR was wonderful to work with. And Boston Commons 202 is 4.5 stars ��

We had a great time staying at this house. We have stayed a few others but this is our favorite. It is close to everything but far enough away that it is very quiet and not very crowded on the beach. The staff at Garden City Realty was very courteous and helpful.

Beach House #305 is a great vacation rental. The property was clean, the kitchen has everything you need and the location is wonderful. The beach chairs and toys available for use is a nice feature. We loved waking up and having coffee on the porch.

Had a great time, great location. Only complaint was the living room furniture has seen better days. Other than that all was well!!

Morning coffee and evening cocktails on the porch, watching boats go in and out of the inlet. Short walk across the street to the beach. Love staying at Marlin Quay.

The Deberry House was just what we wanted. The owner had everything that anyone would ever need for a great week at the beach. The covered porches on both sides of the house were absolutely the highlight of the week. We had 3 couples and plenty of room for everyone not to get in one another's way. You got the feel of an old style beach home with all the modern amenities.The house was very clean and well maintained. The owner even called us asking if all was well. We plan to make the Deberry House our annual beach house getaway.
