We have been vacationing in Garden City, SC for 20+ years. We have stayed in several units at the Beach House through those years. Unit 107 is definitely one of our favorites. We have used Garden City Realty’s services several times, and have always been pleased with their service. Their customer service reps are kind, helpful and respectful, and their housekeeping services have been fairly decent most times. The hallways, and doors of the exterior building definitely do
need a facelift, as they are looking quite worn.

Originally I had another realtor helping me but she was always too busy to get back to me. I sent her the listing of the house that I closed on and she never got back to me but I'm happy that I reached out to Brent. I was getting very frustrated and my friend who just closed on a house in February told me to call Brent. His name was on the listing for the house that I wanted and I called him Friday evening. He set up an appointment the very next day with my friend who was moving there. He showed her the house and they did a walk through and video chatted so I could see the whole house. Brent was very patient ,accommodating, professional and always answered the phone when I needed him. I highly recommend him and your agency. He was never too busy for me and explained the process to me. I appreciate him very much.

Flip Flop Inn was perfect for our family vacation! The house had everything we needed and more. The location is perfect and not only close to the beach but also attractions, grocery stores and restaurants. The front porch was great for morning coffee and for unwinding at the end of the day enjoying the ocean breeze. Another plus is the home being pet friendly. We look forward to returning to Flip Flop Inn and have already put the property on hold for next year as well! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Our stay was excellent. With the expert help of your agent, Kay, we were able to get into the condo. The condo was very clean and very well kept. The owner has excellent taste in furnishings.

This was a great location and the condo was nice. We enjoyed the beach and the pool deck. The parking garage was a little tight and spaces filled up quickly. But it was still a great spot to vacation!
