This is the second year we rented this property. We love the building with an extra security. We love the location, which is out of all the craziness of regular Myrtle Beach and their very quick walk from our unit to the beach! The unit has been renovated nicely. My favorite thing is the view of the ocean while sitting in my bed! My only complaint is in the year 2025. I can’t believe that we have to use ice trays constantly, and make our own ice! Please add an icemaker to the refrigerator!

Beautiful stay at Waters Edge 312. Daughter turned 21 years old and never been to the ocean. Went with our dear friends. My husband and I haven’t been in Myrtle Beach in over 23 years. Missed it for sure. What a beautiful place.

The condo we rented was very nice. The property was in good condition and the view was great. The weather was the only downside. The food was very good and I had one of the best cheeseburgers at a restaurant called Greg's!!!

We had a great vacation while at this location. The reality people were very cordial and ready to help in any way. The only minus that we had were the pots and pans in the kitchen. We made do with what was there but i would recommend adding a few sheet pans and some pots and bowls. Other than that we loved everything about it. The location was wonderful and the short walk to the beach was fantastic. Thank you!
