We have stayed in this house a few times now over the years. My only issue is the owner this year, modified the thermostat to automatically default back to 74 degrees even if you turn the temperature down. With a family (with kids) having sunburns, limiting the AC to 74 degrees is an issue. It's a hot climate and 74 degrees doesn't cut it. The owner needs to fix this or we may not stay here again. I will ask next time I book if corrected.

We had a great vacation. Our condo was clean and spacious . We had 6 adults and 2 young kids and there was enough room for all of us .. the location is perfect. The views from the patio are breathtaking .

Condo was clean and updated. Beds are comfortable. Bathrooms really clean. Kitchen stocked with essentials. Great location with awesome view. Large balcony. Pool area very clean. Only downfall is unsecured WiFi. Would definitely stay again.

My kids were jealous of us because they love Myrtle beach also. Looking forward for our 30th anniversary next year with all 16 family members.

We have been coming to the MB area for years and decided to come a little further south this year to Garden City. The Salty Dog was perfect! House is amazing, kitchen was stocked, and the location was top-notch!

We had a wonderful vacation at Tide Tonic! It was large enough to accommodate our family and we absolutely loved the dock and being able to see the water from both sides of the house. The beach was a close, short walk. Wish the pool was not salt water! Overall, a great time!

We so enjoyed our stay at Surf Master 1105. The condo was gorgeous and spacious with all the comforts of home. Beautiful view. The property itself was perfect location, great beach, not too crowded, and well maintained.

It was a great vacation with just a few little problems. I wish I had been notified that the clothes dryer was broken so I would have known to bring more clothes and the pool was not very clean even after I talked to the pool man it still was not cleaned very well and there are no lights in or around the pool

Drew is the BEST!

After having to settle an estate involving multiple properties, we can confidently say, Drew (Dellinger) is the BEST! He gave us wonderful advice and got us asking price for our beach condominium. Plus, he handled EVERYTHING for us including returning our cable boxes! Highly recommend!
