Loved our stay in a Garden City Realty rental this past October.

The house was clean, well equipped, allowed dogs, and had a great view of the Surfside Beach. Never having stayed in a beach house rental before, we were skeptical, but GCR made everything easy! No issues or problems.

Even though the house we stayed in is no longer available for rent, we will use GCR to find our next beach paradise later this year!

1108 is a beautiful 3bed/3bath condo with incredible balcony views north and south! This was our second year staying and absolutely love the awesome kitchen(everything you need) and beachy living area decor. The ocean view from the master bedroom is great and the bathrooms are updated and so clean. This condo gives you plenty of space for a big family. There are very nice restaurants very close! The only suggestion we have for Surfmaster management is you definitely need to buy a new mattress for the master king bed. It is lumpy and old and not comfortable. We definitely recommend 1108 and we will be returning here next year!

Roanoke

The house is at a great location with public beach access directly across the street. Very roomy with great views. Pool was directly outside the garage door for easy and quick access. We called maintenance one time and they arrived within a few hours. The kitchen Needs new frying pans and a can opener. The coffee maker needs replaced. Overall it was a great experience and we would definitely stay again.

We ALWAYS look forward to our week at Love's a Beach! This year was no different. It accommodates the needs of our family in every way - from lodging to a well-stocked kitchen. We are already looking forward to next summer!

Surfside Beach

We had a great experience. It was comfortable and clean. Bathrooms need a little updating especially those toilets, they are too small. We thought we didnt have a coffee a coffee machine and the rental company quickly got us a new one. The pool was great and the beach steps away. They also have good of beach chairs and equipment.
