A nice place, can't beat the location. Clean and comfortable. A very nice stay. Some of the other condos I've stayed in have had some extras, like hooks on the porch to hang wet towels, things like salt and pepper and a dish drying rack in the kitchen. While they are truly extras, they are convenient. They do have containers with lids to store leftovers which was a nice bonus. The big stuff is all great.

The only interesting thing was the naked man that liked to walk the hallway during the day and would walk down to the beach early in the morning with just his hat and sneakers on.

This was our fourth vacation at the Gause House. The beach access is across the street, you get a nice view of the surfers in the afternoons from the front porch, and you can watch traffic and walkers all day rocking if you like. Nothing fancy, as it's original and reminiscent of childhood memories with antiques and nice touches, plenty of room to relax and smell the salt air. There is an outdoor shower and parking under the house. We did see a few Palmetto Bugs this stay, but it was a good
week! We will return! Thanks!

I complained about the Air Cond. last year in this room. I was glad to see that it had been fixed and the room was very comfortable. Nice play to stay and enjoy the best beach on the SC coast, Garden City Beach!

Home on the Inlet: Very Nice facility, easy from booking to entering to exiting. They are working on another bath which is very much needed. After the storms apparently the area suffered damage but this facility had a new dock so we rented a boat which was Great even though it was cold out. I’d stay here again and was reasonably priced. Thank you for the Rental Experience. Only issue was the “emergency” contact number as I tested never answered or called back, I calmed 11x albeit Christmas week

Garden city has been very easy to work with. We go with my whole family every summer and love how they accept payments from everyone, not just one person. It makes it much more convenient. We will be staying at Beach Time (formerly known as Sea Twin South) from 2022-07-23 to 2022-08-06. I can’t wait to get there!!
