Great experience. Condo was ready before check in time. The kitchen was the best equipped, better stocked than any condo we’ve rented. (Maybe 20 or so precious rentals) The only detractor was thatt the carpet could use replacing or a good cleaning—not a show stopper, we would rent it again. Overall, great experience.

I really wanted to be able to give my daughter special family memories - we have holidays, of course, but an annual beach trip is something special she can appreciate as a child, young adult, and as she continues to grow up and experience life.

We started going to the beach when she was two and every year since. Now she is 16, and although she doesn’t always enjoy hanging out with me/her mom, she loves our time together at the beach. There is nothing that brings families together more!

Thank you for helping us create another life-long memory! We cannot wait to see what our upcoming vacation at Garden City Beach will bring!!

My family had a wonderful time. There were just a few concerns. The railings going to the beach were very rough and as a result the kids and adults had to be careful not to get slivers. Also one of the steps is in bad condition and we put a sign up for everyone to avoid this area. I made an attempt to call maintenance but when I called the persons mailbox was full and could not leave a message. Other than these concerns we all enjoyed our vacation very much.

Live to be right on the beach and Penthouse F at Surfmaster by the Sea was the perfect setup for home base for our four sets of families who stayed elsewhere. Some in the same building and some just up the road. With the huge kitchen, common area and wraparound balcony, there was more than enough for everyone at meals. Well equipped condo with lots of baking sheets, large pots and pans for cooking for all.

This house was perfect for my family. My kids loved this place. I would stay here again,my only complaint was the pool was a bit to small, but no big deal everyone had fun. Very cold A/C which was a great thing and a very beautiful house. I loved my stay. Thanks

Loved everything about it except I agree with other reviews that the TV definitely needs repolacing with a larger screen. Spent many wonderful hours on the screened porch enjoying the veiw and just hanging out. Kitchen was well stocked with everything. September is a good time to come if you want to avoid the summer tourist crowds.

Wonderful condo -- great location, great parking, great views. Large windows and deck allow one to experience the ocean all during the stay. I highly recommend it!
