15 golfers came from Salt Lake City to South Myrtle Beach to golf and get a way! Surf Master was a perfect spot for us to centralize. 811 was perfect. Quiet, clean spacious. My wife and I stayed here as our honeymoon vacation. We really enjoyed the condo. It was very nice and very clean. I have to say, the pictures didn’t really do this place justice. We hoped it would look just like the pictures, but it was in fact better. We really loved staying here, and we’d definitely stay here again.

Have used Garden City Realty several years and have nothing but praise for them. Overall experience has always been excellent. They are always willing to accommodate your every needs. Love staying at the Duneside III because of its great location. This fall the rental was not as nice as the previous rentals. This particular rental was clean and served our needs but really needs to be updated on the inside. All being said I will give them a call at the first of the year and make my reservations for the Spring Bike Rally in May. Great Realty company to go through. A+

We had a wonderful visit in August. Beautiful view from the balcony. The unit was clean and nicely decorated. This was our second year to rent the unit we were happy that the kitchen sink was fixed but the sweeper didn't work again. With kids, I like to sweep a few times. Overall, a very good week. I will just bring my own sweeper next year.

Our 5th year staying in Mariposa and it was the best yet. A very comfortable home with all the necessary amenities for a relaxing week. Ample space for our large family of 10, flat screen TV's in every room, convenient location to the beach and a covered in-ground pool helped to make our vacation a really great one.

Home was clean and well maintained with all amenities as described in brochure. the location was just what we wanted..would highly recommend this property for families with children, and also for older folks ..the wooden walkway to the beach is great, the out door shower with both hot and cold water a real treat . also the "gathering " rooms were more than adequate and the inclosed sun porch a dream .. thx so much !!!

This unit has a beautifully stocked kitchen. We do a lot of cooking and appreciate the plentiful cooking and baking pots, pans, casserole dishes, and utensils. The view is amazing and the balcony comfortable. Garden City Realty is great to work with.
