This unit is spacious with comfortable furnishings overall. A bathroom that was dirty when we arrived was quickly cleaned by the rental company. Wish this unit had a dishwasher and a new mattress in the green bedroom. Lovely view and super-clean grounds and pool. Very quiet and private here.

The unit is very nice. It was clean. The kitchen was well supplied and we especially enjoyed the ice maker. Bathrooms are great. The shower off the front bedroom is lovely. One suggestion is for a handle to grab on exciting the shower. We are older and I would have safer. Our stay was lovely.

The place was absolutely great. It was very clean and spacious and in a good location.

Been at this location but not this unit, it is a very nice location however it was a very busy and crowed week. More than we expected in September. Our unit was nice except the bed was way too soft and the carpet needs some attention, sliding door needs some lubrication but everything else was good and clean.

We had a very good experience. We debated for a long time about even going on vacation due to Covid 19 but decided we would. The condo was very nice. The closeness to the beach was fantastic. Everywhere we went people were wearing masks and socially distancing. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and will be staying again.

We originally booked another property for our vacation with another family. It was very unacceptable and when we brought all of its issues to the management they were very accommodating. They went over and above to help us. We were moved to "beach lane" and we couldn't have been more happy about it. This property is only a few minute walk from the beach. It sits alongside a ravine where we were able to catch crab for our dinner. The house itself was immaculate. It accommodated our 2 families beautifully. It was modern and clean and we would definitely come back to stay here. We highly recommend this place!

We had a great stay. A few minor things (flooding for broken washer, cabels missing, hidden enpty beer bottles) when we first arrived were handled quickly by the realty staff. After that our vacation was fun in the sun at a great beach house. Every bed was confortable, there was plenty of living space for our group of 15 and we always found plenty of space on the beach. We will definately be returning here soon.

As usual, always a wonderful experience in Garden City Beach and Surfmaster specifically. We stay in Surfmaster EVERY time (Oct & Nov and Mar & Apr). The Garden City Realty staff are on site and always attentive. Jackie & Dan especially. We will always stay here as long as we can get here from NJ.

We love this condo as it serves our needs perfectly. My in-laws are not always able to come down to the pool or beach but with this room situated just above the pool it's possible to carry on a conversation with them. Love the 's very peaceful. This is our favorite place that we have ever stayed at. My only suggestion is to have more dishes in the kitchen

We had a wonderful time with family. We were pleased with the rental house. The decor was very updated. The location was great. There were two broken chairs at the dining table that we could not use but other than that the house was great and would definitely Rent it again. This was our first year at the beach for the 4th of July. The golf cart parade was fun and the fireworks were awesome.

Had.a wonderful week in Heaven Can Wait. Shared the house with 6 other couples and loved every minute of it. The recently renovated deck and walkway to the beach were great. Also appreciate the new sofa and additional kitchen items.

Our daughter picked Myrtle Beach for her Senior trip...our entire family came and it was wonderful! Perfect spot for what we were doing!
The kitchen was equipped with everything needed. We were able to take several walks to the beach with it being so close. Can't wait to go back!

Really enjoyed our stay at Surfmaster 404. This is our second year in this rental and we enjoyed the upgrades very much. I was worried about the floor, going from carpet to flat surface but it was mostly fine, I ended up having to sweep several times during the week to keep the sand down. Maybe putting a rug by the front door would help this. Beautiful views and furnishings.
