Unit 202 was an excellent place to stay. Close to the elevator and parking. Unit itself had some nice interior updates. Will definitely rent again and also recommend to family and friends.

We had a wonderful time with family. We were pleased with the rental house. The decor was very updated. The location was great. There were two broken chairs at the dining table that we could not use but other than that the house was great and would definitely Rent it again. This was our first year at the beach for the 4th of July. The golf cart parade was fun and the fireworks were awesome.

Room was great had a great view of the ocean. Tv in living area could use an update to a LCD or Plasma but otherwise great condo.

Very nice condo to stay at. The beds were very uncomfortable and need updated. Other than that, everything was great and very welcoming.

Very enjoyable stay. #1610 was perfect, clean and comfortable with a wonderful oceanfront view; easy access via elevator to parking and the beach. The "Sand Bar"on the ground floor was a fun stopping place before or after dinner. Highly recommend it.

Condo complex was in a very convenient and in nice area. The pool and beach were an exceptional treat as they were directly beside each other. The condo unit itself was clean, efficient, maintained, and nicely decorate. My only wish was that we would have been a bit closer to the elevator with 3 children.

This condo has the best kitchen. It's been updated and works well. The bathroom floors, toilets,and vanities have been updated. The master bath would be better with an updated shower. I also would prefer all floors without carpet. But you couldn't beat the views. Can sit in the living room and feel like you're at the beach. Absolutely stunning views!

We have stayed at One Ocean Place for past two summers and both weeks have been wonderful! Condos are well-stocked, roomy, with fantastic oceanfront views from inside condo as well as on spacious decks.
