We had a lovely visit at A Place at the Beach. The condo was nice and clean and the view of the balcony overlooking the ocean was so peaceful. The beach was not crowded as the location was far enough from the pier and the bigger condos near Surfside. We had an issue with our toilet leaking into the condo below, but Garden City realty and the plumber made it an easy fix that did not keep us away from the beach for long. Not only was the condo nice and clean, but it was on the top floor and in a very private location. We never heard noise from the neighbors. We were very happy with this location and will certainly consider it again for future stays!

Great view! The condo was somewhat upgraded (new flooring/paint) and the bed was relatively comfortable (this is ALWAYS my big concern)!! Only concern was the bathtub having a crack in the bottom (covered up by a rubber mat). I would definitely consider staying at this one again!

We just came home from a wonderful week at Garden City Beach SC. The unit was just like the pictures. Beautiful, Clean, the Ocean was our view! Absolutely the only thing we could not find was a can opener.

The place was great. It was a beautiful view of the ocean and loved the rocking chairs on the balcony. Nice clean and spacey.

Very nice house, great location, very well equipped - especially the kitchen. Second floor (main floor) is lovely. Please note the First floor feels dark. The bedrooms do not have many windows (feels like this was closed in and added after the fact). Works great for kids. Walls are very thin. Outdoor bathroom would be nice -- but was cluttered and diry.

Overall, my family had an awesome experience and would definitely come back. We did have a few hiccups, but the staff helped us as quick as they could. Plenty of space and each room having a bathroom made a great difference. Home was clean and spacious and the kitchen was well stocked. A bigger fridge would've been awesome, but we worked around that by having coolers for drinks. House was also less than a 5 minute walk down the street to the beach. Location was awesome and close to many things. Elevator was also soooo helpful for getting the big items upstairs! All in all, although not perfect, it was close enough and exactly what me and the family needed! 10/10 would recommend!

This is a nice unit. It is not likely to happen often, but if someone rents 1510 and 1512 on VRBO for the same group you end up in the middle of a larger party that is going to roam unit-to-unit.

The living room furniture is very comfortable. It probably is time to replace mattresses.

I love the way it was decorated. It was clean and neat. I must have missed it somewhere if they say that the king bed is downstairs which cannot be accessed to the living area/kitchen without going outside, but not a dealbreaker. Would definitely stay again. Loved the spacious back porch with big cushion chairs and the beautiful sunsets. Short walk to the beach and pier.
