My family has rented this condo for the past 5 years. We don't want to stay anywhere else. It's well equipped with tile and hardwood floors, 2 king beds, and we already have rented it for a 2 week stay next summer. The owners really know how to prepare well for beach guests.

This was our 3rd time at Seascape which should say it all.We LOVE the place and only have 2 minor complaints, the same from all 3 visits: 1. The WI FI is very weak, difficult to stay connected, perhaps a new modem would solve this issue. 2. The sliding glass doors to the main porch is VERY difficult to operate, small children and elderly grandparents need assistance. However, we have pre booked for 2016 so these issues are more a nuisance than anything else.

It was great and that condo was great as well. I would recommend to the owner or rental company to update pics online b\c there have been a lot of updates and the room is better than pics on internet. Loved it. Will rent that condo again.

It is a very nice place to stay. Beautiful view of the beach. I enjoyed the beach, pool and hot tub. Small things need to be fixed. The dryer doesn’t heat on the timed setting, blinds didn’t work, and TV in living room didn’t get fixed until Friday of our stay.

Our family enjoyed Tide Tonic Beach house. Everyone had their own bedroom/ bathroom and could have accommodated a couple more people if it were needed. The pool was a nice plus especially in The heat/humidity of a SC summer. The view of the beach across the street was nice but being on the inlet and having that view was stunning in the evenings. Great cross breezes under the house . A lot of time spent outside reading, swimming and tanning. Great parking at this home as well ! The only downside to this home was not allowing pets. Also the dryer wasn’t heavy duty enough to dry our beach towels . This is truly an awesome home and we would think about renting it again in the future

The location was great! The house does although seem to be very n need of some repairs. Some nails popping up on top deck, ice machine is still not working ( should probably be removed from the description). Sliding doors are still very hard to open ( previously mentioned in reviews of multiple years). There was some lamps with no lightbulbs but maintenance came and fixed that quickly. House is large and accommodated the the whole family nicely, although pictures created the idea that kitchen was larger. Kitchen was extremely well stocked - only thing that we were missing was a mixer, lol, but how often is that even needed on vacation. There was a good amount of sand toys and beach chairs left from previous rentals which we were pleasantly surprised about and thoroughly enjoyed having on hand to use at the beach. Overall a nice house but just needs some TLC. We noticed the property has recently been sold, so I would assume a new owner would hopefully fix some of the things that have been mentioned in all the reviews.

Galivants Ferry

My family spent Easter weekend and spring break in Marlin Quay 204. We thoroughly enjoyed our time. The condo was cozy and comfortable. We spent lots of time on the balcony, playing in the courtyard, and out on the beach. Pools were back open though it was still a little cold for swimming. Overall, we had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay.

Pluses to this modest beach house are the pool, proximity to beach, large kitchen and big front porch. Beds are comfy, shared baths are small but decent and large dining table holds 12. Spiral staircase is doable. Due to build up of beach dunes, high tide no longer cuts off beach access at stairs. A hose for foot washing is now provided at stairs to porch (there is also hose under porch at lower level. Big downside is uncomfortable couch, no chairs or lamps in living area. Basement also has no lamps for reading and uncomfortable bench like couch.

Very nice I have booked for next year.I was not able to complete the above. the walls ,carpets & railings all look well weathered as I realize salt air causes this but I really think they look almost dirty.I find I am explaining them to my guests as we walk to our condo.Can you also improve the weather for next year?(joking)

My family had a wonderful experience at Sea Forever. What a beautiful home, with such amazing views of the inlet. We normally eat out a good bit, but decided we had such spectacular views from the extra long dining table that needed to be enjoyed by eating most of our meals at the house. Very well equipped and we even enjoyed the hot tub despite the August heat. We have definitely found our favorite beach house and plan to rent it every year.
