This rental is as described. It is in really good condition for it's age. The location near the pier is great for the fisherman and for nitelife! I will note that there are fireworks every night - and these can be loud and a little late ;) We are a family of 6 and had enough room to move around. The kitchen is well stocked. I love that the owners called to check in. We had one issue with the Wifi and Garden City Realty and the owners were right on it!! This was a quick drive to Myrtle Beach and all the excitement there. We also had a great dinner in Murrel's Inlet at the Inlet Crab House!! We enjoyed the gentle sloping beach and the early morning sunrise walks as well.

We come to the beach each year for our anniversary. We love staying ab Beach House 317. Perfect location, the condo is beautiful and the view from the porch is amazing. the only downside is the beds. they are very uncomfortable. New mattresses would be an upgrade i would suggest. Other than that, it was an awesome trip!

We had a wonderful vacation! This condo is a perfect location.Loved the balcony with the rocking chairs. The condo was clean and with great amenities. The staff from Garden City Realty were very helpful. Especially Erica who left a birthday balloon and card for my wife’s Labor Day birthday So very special and thoughtful. Would definitely recommend!

This was a great house, rooms were beautifully decorated and furniture was in great shape. The screened in porch was an awesome place to enjoy the evening playing board games without getting bit or rained on. The only thing that I would mention, if the marsh gets too high, the parking area will flood. We had this experience two nights in a row when the tide rose to 7 feet (which was due to the new moon) but since we did not know until we arrived back from dinner, we could not get out of the car without walking through five inches of water. Other than this, the house was fabulous!

We had a really wonderful time. The downstairs was not a problem by having to enter the upstairs by the outside. It was a little difficult sharing bathrooms when the little ones would lock the bathroom from the other side. Overall it was great

We spent Thanksgiving week at the beach house and absolutely loved it. My husband and I loved waking up every morning to the sun rising. We also loved sending our daughter and her cousins out to play in the sand on the beach just steps away from the back door. The location was close to a lot. The kitchen was well equipped with the exception of a few baking dishes. It was Thanksgiving after all. :)
