lovely penthouse condo in a great location--the only negative for us was the loudness of the heating system and the very tiny master bathroom with a very loud fan. The family room/kitchen was extremely comfortable for 4-6 of us and the hot tub was a great extra to be enjoyed in the evening under the stars! Property well maintained and rental agency very helpful!

We had our yearly big family vacation at Seascape. It was the perfect size and we loved that each family had their own bathroom. We loved being able to walk to the shops and pier without having to get in the car, and the kids (and grown-ups!)really loved the ice cream shop just a short walk away. The house was clean and had all the amenities. We had a wonderful time!

Drew Dellinger was amazing to work with from start to finish! Searching for a home from out of state can be a real challenge. Drew helped us narrow down our search and was patient showing us multiple properties when we visited, even took videos for us when we couldn't be there. He made the offer through close process easy for us. Drew helps a lot of people buy and sell their homes, but he treated us like we were his only client.

Our family loved the condo and its location, everything we needed was provided in the unit. The only disappointment was the blinds, could not close them so the morning sun came through early into the bedroom and living room. We did report it to the main office and a repair man came up immediately but we were told he could not fix them as something was broken and a specialist would have to be called in but it would take about three or four days before they would come out, they did not come while we were there. The parking was another issue as we were told we would get two spaces, luckily we only needed one but even then it was difficult to find a parking spot at times.

My Family and I have been vacationing in the Myrtle Beach area for 30 years and have stayed at Compass Rose for the past 8 and will continue to stay there. Private pool and beach access is the best! The only issue we had was with the keypad entry on the front door.

This place, as most of SurfMaster, is a wonderful stay! Place is clean, almost completely updated, everything is in working order, and the staff at the realty company goes above and beyond (if I need them, which I didn't).
Yes, the stove may be late 1980s, but it works well. If I really had to offer a downside, it would be no sheet pan, but we made do with an aluminum pan.

Beautifully decirated home as described online.
Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen and front porch was greet for morning coffee and people watching.
We will definitely stay in this house during our 2019 vacation.
Looking forward to see what new additional changes are made to this great beach vacation home.

The house was great! The only negative thing is that was no deck furniture to sit and lounge on. We had to pull over 2 of the outdoor dining chairs to sit in the sun, and those aren’t lounging (or sun deck) chairs. But other than that, it was great, location was perfect - RIGHT ON THE BEACH!!

What a wonderful condo. It was more than I expected. The beds were comfortable, the unit was clean and well stocked and the views were amazing. I will definitely be booking again... this location was within .5 miles of my father in law's home, so it was extremely convenient.

Moonlighting was a great place to stay. We had issues with the plumbing in 4 of the bathrooms and the little apartment kitchen sink
Handyman came at a good response time. He was able to fix the worse bathroom leaks. We also had a tv remote problem 2 missing remotes and 2 which did not work. Handyman brought replacements but they would not work due to age of tvs. Other than the above, we all had a great time (it was a family reunion) and would certainly rent Moonlighting again. The only other annoying issue was the inability of being able to get to apartment without going up and down steps to go back and forth between main house. Its a shame they couldn't have made both first floor decks connect in someway.

Very pleased with this rental. We loved how it was decorated and how spacious it was. A pool was a must and it didn’t let us down. The beach was so convenient to the unit as well. Would highly recommend it!
