Condo was very well decorated and clean. Had problem with hot tub and maintenance was there in a short time. The big thing we didn’t like was the small bathroom in the master bedroom. Hardly room to turn around in.

I really enjoyed staying at the sanderling. it was very convenient to the beach access and the shopping areas as well as the Garden City pier. Hope we can vacation here again next year.

We loved our stay and ideal beach access. Living room furniture was old, uncomfortable, and limited. Nobody wants to sit in a wooden rocking chair to watch a movie. Beds were all comfortable but the ceiling fans in the 2 smaller rooms need to be replaced. Lots of squeaking rattling.

We always enjoy our stays at Surf Master and this condo did not disappoint. 904 was very clean, spacious, comfortable, and nicely decorated. GCR makes it effortless to check in and checkout and they are very quick to address any problem that may arise, which is very rare.

Great beach-front condo with heated pool and assigned parking. The unit was clean and well-stocked with everything from a portable playpen to board games. Also, the condo unit has a "Borrower's Corner" with beach chairs, sand shovels, and boogie-boards.

We stay here every summer for the last several years and am very satisfied! This year the check in was an email with the digital code, had no issues.

The condo was beautiful. Spacious and we love staying here. The only problem we had was, the toilets are way too low. The one in the master bedroom was loose. The seal was broken and it had a smell. We had to close that bathroom off.
