We really enjoyed our stay- however the complex is getting very “ tired”
There was a ceiling outlet hanging down from the ceiling that may have been old telephone lines-
The condo was great overall but had no coffee table which was odd and inconvenient and although the kitchen was good overall there were NO serving dishes or nice serving utensils.
It is frustrating that after long trips the realty does not call/text about entry, it would be really nice to be able to get in if INDEED the property would be ready.

From start to finish it was a pleasure. My son was ill and we arrived late. The home was so warm and inviting. The location was fantastic. So close to the fishing pier. To end I had my dogs with me.

This house was perfect for our family to get together at the beach. Location is fantastic and the home is well maintained and nicely decorated. We've stayed at multiple homes in the area over the last 10 years and this was one of the nicest.

We just love everything about Sundial 21. The layout, the view, location, the pool, the beach. Maintenance was quick, the women in the office are always very helpful and kind. This was our 2nd stay there and plan to stay there in the future.

Good value, nice interior. If you don't mind taking the stairs/elevator up 5 floors (the first floor is parking). My wife and I enjoyed a week with two other couples. Plenty of room for us.

The blinds have been broken for the past 2 years we have stayed here. We love the unit we stay in but would like to be able to shut the blinds for privacy. The furniture could use a good cleaning or replaced. The kitchen could use utensils for cooking. Additional pots and pans as well.

Wonderful stress free time in a beautiful home. Realty was very accommodating when our original rental had construction safety issues last minute. We had a great time on our trip. The location of the house is great to walk to the pier and the beach. The house is older and the bathrooms are on the smaller side, but it has been updated very well. We did encounter a couple issues while we were there, but the maintenance department was very easy to work with. Overall, we would definitely consider coming back in the future.

This was our first time staying in #606 all theses years. The condo was very clean up to date and enjoyable. My only complaint is that the shower head is meant for someone shorter than 5'6". We otherwise had a great week. Maggie from Garden City Rentals was great.

The condos are in a great location. Not too busy and we had lots of room on the beach. The pool is awesome and it was cleaned multiple times while we were there. Nice! Our condo was clean and we had a great view of the ocean. The beds were comfortable and the furniture was clean. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and enjoyed cooking out on the patio grill.

House was very nice. Kids loved the pool. Great location. Price was fair. House was clean...only issue we had were the bed sheets kept coming off & we were putting the beds sheets back on in the middle of the nigh constantly. told housekeeping & they were going to coorect it
