We really enjoyed our stay at Duneside III 304! The room was comfortable and perfect for 2 people. Be advised that you're right next to the pier and there is daily karaoke! The room could use some updated kitchen supplies (such as a baking sheet, salt/pepper) and the Wi-Fi was not stable causing the TV to loose connection multiple times a day. Other than that it was a great stay and great location!

This home is absolutely beautiful! The location is excellent and the private pool is certainly an added bonus. It is beautifully decorated. My only suggestions would be more seating. Although the home sleeps 12 comfortably, there is only seating for 5 in the living area, and only seating for 7 in the dining area. As a family with some young children, we ate our meals in, and really enjoy eating together around the table when together on vacation. We had a great week and thank you for sharing your home with us. As always, Garden City Realty was great to work with.

This property was everything we hoped it would be! It handled all of our needs from the elevator to having plenty of space to spend time with family playing games and fun in the sun at the gorgeous pool! I highly recommend this property the views are amazing and the home is a 10.

Great location. We really liked the unit. Unfortunately, there was a garbage disposal backup at the beginning of our stay and garden city maintenance could not take care of it and they finally got a plumber after the kitchen flooded. We had to request housekeeping to clean up the mess. The master bed was hard as a rock. We had to sleep in the smaller bed in 2nd bedroom. This unit is also very very damp. It definitely needs a dehumidifier. But all in all it's a very nice place. Had everything we needed and it has the best beach access.

Garden City Reality is always great to work with. We've used them for years. The condo was just as it was stated. It was comfortable and clean . I would make a couple of suggestions. Update the cookware and put a rug at the sliding door to keep from walking so much sand in from the porch. I plan to rent this condo again.
