We have vacationed in Surfside Beach and Murrells Inlet for the past 3 Winters. Last Fall, we began working with Lauren Keith at Garden City Realty to find us a waterfront rental for February and March 2020. 

Since we began our search, she was always available and made it her priority to look at properties that meet our specific needs. After our arrival, she dispatched GCR staff, who immediately resolved the issues we reported. Since we arrived at Garden City Beach a month ago, Lauren has been in touch with us to find a larger unit that will be the perfect rental for next year. I go to bike week twice a year. This was by far the best building and condo i have ever had. Usually i rent a one bedroom but will want to stay at this building. The parking garage is challenging though..

We had a wonderful time. The house was great and had lots of room. The only real complaint is the dust that was hanging around. All ceiling fans really need to be cleaned, had 1/4 inch dust or more on them. You turn them on and dust flies. Otherwise it was great.

Our week stay at Ocean Air was wonderful! The layout of the house, the amenities, the beds, the cleanliness and the customer service were all great. We made a call when we realized the water was cold in the heated pool. Someone came out the next day to take care of that and afterwards we had a beautiful, warm pool to swim in. The house was awesome and we are already talking about going back!

As usual our stay was great. The condo was great. All we found it needs is some storage shelves in bathroom. There was not a lot of room for toiletries. We always stay at Surfmaster
when we go to Myrtle and have never been disappointed. The staff is always very pleasant. We look forward to our next visit.

The property was super clean, and it is so much nicer than the pictures. Our only complaint was the thermostat was auto-controlled somehow to go up to 74 degrees. You could manually control it during the day by continually setting it to a lower temp, but during the night it was a problem. If you don't mind a warm room, this property is otherwise delightful, has a great location, and the the complex is great for families. With a lower set temp, this rental would get a five star.
