We found this rental to be just as described. The condo was clean and efficient. The added linens were wonderful. Garden City never disappoints and this condo helped enhance our experience with a perfect view and the amenities were wonderful to enjoy. We only have two things that would make it perfect - 1) the fitted sheets didn't fit properly. Maybe deep pocket sheets would fit better. 2) the beach umbrella rentals were so close together that it blocked access to the beach. It was a great inconvenience for both the umbrella renters and those making their way to the beach. Lifeguard seemed not to care about the wall of umbrellas.
Other than those two items we had a wonderful vacation and would rent here again.

Loved the convenience of the unit. Very beautiful place. Not sure if the owner knows but the patio furniture is needing updated especially the table and chairs the chairs are wobbly and rusted. The white chairs are sturdy and nice...

The location was great! Loved sitting on the screened porch and enjoying the beautiful sunrise. We only had a couple of concerns the dishwasher wasn't working and no space in drawers or closet in the master bedroom for our belongings. We enjoyed our stay would return.

From the time we arrived, everything was perfect. The unit was bright and cheery, had everything we could have needed, was clean. The location of course could not have been better. The complex itself was very nice and parking was a pleasure under the building. Can't wait to go back. Oh, and the weather and food was wonderful!
