We come down for RUN TO THE SUN car show each March and stay at this location. The place is nice and well taken care of and meets our picky needs. Access to the beach is literally across the street. Only down fall if I had to give one would be the steps leading up, and the only reason its an issue is because of our elderly dog. Other than that we have a great stay each year.

We loved being able to see the beach from the house, some of our family couldn't make it to the beach but could see us from the house. The elevator was wonderful for our older folks that couldn't do the stairs, it made it possible for them to come on this vacation. The house was affordable, just wished that the double beds would of been queen beds and mattress were up-dated. Also loved having our own bathroom with every bedroom. Loved having the pool, plenty of setting area around the pool.
Definitely would stay here again and would definitely recommend it to our friends.

Property was even better than described and very well maintained. Beach and pool are within steps or ramp to the elevator, so getting from the room to the beach is very easy. Condo is very clean and comfortable and the central air conditioner keeps the unit very comfortable. The linen package was perfect. Property management team does a great job every day of keeping the beach access and the pools and spas very clean. Murrel's inlet is fantastic, we took a boat out for half a day from the Crazy Sister Marina, the folks there are very helpful. All in all it was one of the best vacations we've had. Property is in a great location,great view of the inlet. One of the best pools in Garden City. More than enough space for 8 people. Clean and well equipped (awesome charcoal grill). Be prepared for a lot of stairs.

I love this one. I’ve rented this unit several years. My only negative is the bed in the main bedroom isn’t very comfortable and the sofa and love seat are a little worn.
