Overall we had a great time. It's a great location. The condo is a little outdated, but everything worked well. My only real complaint is that there was work being done on the back stairwell for the week we were there. We had to take the long way out to the beach.

We had a very nice stay here in Murrells Inlet for spring break. I spent more time outside than in the house cause of the dock and fishing. The interior is nice, big kitchen and living room. The beds were comfy and bathrooms were good. It's in a beautiful neighborhood and the views from the balcony and windows are great. I only wish the place had an elevator

GREAT, EXCEPT WE DID NOT RECEIVE THE CORRECT LINES FOR THE FIRST NIGHT. CALLED MANAGEMENT CO ON ARRIVAL, BUT PROMISE OF DELIVERY OF CORRECT LINENS DID NOT HAPPEN. IT WAS NECESSARY TO GO TO THE OFFICE THE NEXT DAY TO OBTAIN THE CORRECT LINENS.

We stayed in 303A May 9th through the 16th. The Condo was beautiful and equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed they balcony and view daily and had our meals out there. My kids enjoyed having tv's in each room for movies at night. I loved having the washer and dryer in the room and went home with no dirty clothes! The pool and facilities were GREAT!
We will be back as soon as possible!

As first-time owners of beach property, the staff at Garden City Realty has eased all of our concerns about renting our property. From purchase to ownership the staff has gone out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. The onsite staff is professional and very friendly. They address our guests concerns, promptly take care of any needed repairs and manage our property as if it were their own. We are grateful to have Garden City Realty taking care of us and our property. We couldn't ask for a better team and cannot thank them enough.

We absolutely loved this condo! Between the pool, ocean view, and nice size rooms it was great! The only downside was having to use onsite pay with quarters laundry machines that barely hold 3 towels and were very rusty/old. The elevator had some issues while we were there but overall we really enjoyed this condo.

Love the Garden City area for family vacation. Great condo. Awesome ocean views! Condo was spotless and beautifully decorated. Well-equipped kitchen. I agree with previous review that a hand grip is needed for the Jacuzzi tub. Definitely plan to return and stay in same condo.

OK, with 2 exceptions - 1st day chairs and umbrella was not set up and 4th day was not set up properly, had to wait for employee to reset and as a result we could not use them in the morning

Enjoyed our stay, as usual. The only recommendation I have is that the unit needs some updating. It doesn't need to be a real expensive update. But the unit is looking old and dated, outdoor furniture for example, as well as some interior.
