We have stayed at Surfmaster several times in different condos and we are very satisfied with each stay. We made reservations on a short notice and was treated very well by Lauren at Garden City Realty. I looked at other Condos and just decided I knew Surfmaster and knew what we would be getting. A Great Vacation!!!

There were 8 of us that rented a house in Garden City. It was a great location. We walked to the Pier almost daily. Great walk and when we would get to the pier we would get a hot dog at Sam's. House was in a great location. We met owners the day we moved in. They were very helpful.

Check in was simple, the condo was beautiful with a perfect location. You can hear the bands from the pier. This is exactly where we wanted to be!

Had a wonderful week in this cute condo. Nicely equiped, great location within the complex and love being so close to the ocean!

The property was clean and looked just like the photos. There was plenty of space for our family so we were not on top of each other. Everything we needed was within a 5-10 min drive. The views in this condo are incredible. The balcony was my favorite and spent every morning and night listening to the waves crashing on shore. You will not be disappointed. We will be looking to stay here again in the future.

The room was just as the pictures shown. It was supplied with all that was needed plus! Most everything was up to date and clean. Atalaya staff was friendly and Garden city realty was accommodating. The “owners” left us wanting to return!

This was a great rental! Excellent views of both intercoastal and ocean from either side of home. Plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the views. Property is very well maintained and was in excellent condition. Highly recommend!

We stayed at Actually Ours the first week of August 2016. The property was exactly like the pictures we looked at on line. The pool was larger than we thought and the pool man came and cleaned it 2 times. The house was in good shape and the beds/furniture were very comfortable. Beach access was very close, right at the end of our street. The street was very quiet. We really enjoyed our stay and we would rent this home again for our next stay in Surfside Beach. We went to our usual restaurants Crabby Mikes, Flo's, and Bovine; however we tried Malibu at Surfside Beach on Surfside Drive. The food was excellent and the service was great. The homemade cheese cake "is to die for"!

Another great year in unit 109, I think this may be our 10th year! The unit is very homey and comfortable, and has everything we need. The view from the balcony is breathtaking and I look forward to it every year.
