Kitchen could use a little updating and more essentials. Location was great with short walk to pier and not overcrowded beaches, though parking lot view of public beach access not the best in the complex. This may be out weighed by the first floor aspect which will save your legs over your trip! Great value at the price though sometimes it costs more than we paid.

We had an amazing week during our stay here. The home was clean and just what we needed for 2 families sharing the home. I love the floor plan with 1 master on the main floor and 2 other king masters on the 2nd floor and then 2 bedrooms that are set up in a Jack n Jill style with a shared bathroom in between...this worked for our 2 teenage boys. All rooms are spacious. We loved the closeness to restaurants one block away and the beach just a few steps from the front door. We rented bikes for the week and enjoyed morning bike rides. We did have an issue with downstairs tub being clogged and not draining well. Management sent someone out right away and it was fixed! And the gentleman who came to fix it was extremely kind and helpful. We will return! Thank you!

This is a great cottage, very clean and the prefect size for us. Short walk to the beach and the pier. We have rented from Garden City before, and they are so pleasant. We will be back for sure.

We have rented through Garden City Realty for the last 4 years. This year we needed to cancel our reservation 6 days into our 2 month trip. Everyone at Garden City Reality was extremely helpful, especially Mary Black. Mary took our calls, responded in a thoughtful manner and assisted us with our trip insurance contacts. Any time we have needed someone from Garden City Reality to help in any way, they are always there!

Enjoyed our stay. Very nice condo . Has nice living room furniture and beds are very comfortable. Our only problem was the refrigerator needs replaced. Ice maker broke and can’t regulate temperature properly. Either food on top shelves not very cold but if you turn temperature down food on bottom shelves freeze. Also dishwasher is old and should be replaced. I must say that Garden City Reality is the best rental company I have ever dealt with. They go over and above to make you happy. Any concerns we had were immediately taken care of the same day. Maggie in housecleaning is great! We would highly recommend them, they are the best

We had a great time at this house. It was much cleaner than most of our previous houses. We always go the last two weeks in August so the houses usually are in need of a deep cleaning by then. The only issue we had was an extremely stinky closet in the kitchen. We cleaned it and sprayed it several times but the smell lasted pour entire stay. After airing it out for several days we just kept the door shut.
