All of the renovations the owner has made to this property are gorgeous, the rooms are large, the deck with the hot tub and the view are spectacular! Any problems we experienced have been quickly resolved with maintenance. We are excited to return again next year.

Our family, 5 adults and 2 kids, thoroughly enjoyed our stay at How Sweet It Is. We've been going to the Garden City/Surfside/Murrells Inlet/Pawleys Island area since 1972 and this house was by far the best. The house and groundd were very clean and for once I didn't feel like I had to clean it before moving in. Very spacious with everyone being able to have their own space. The pool and covered dock was wonderful. We enjoyed swimming and fishing each day. If I had to find a downside I would say it's a bit pricey and you have to drive over to the beach, but I knew this when I booked it. Overall a great place to stay. Highly recommend. Oh! There's also an elevator!

Was a great trip. We enjoyed the hole time we were there. NO complaints. Does seem to be a little expensive to me but we splurged this year , celebrating my 70 birthday on the 4th of July. All and all great time!

The condo was awesome, well stocked and nicely furnished. The washing machine leaked a small amount but not more than a towel could absorb. The parking was a bit tight, but the added lot across the street was well lit and seemed safe. This was the first time I have ever had my entire family together for a vacation and we all fit well and didn't seem at all crowded.

Drew [Dellinger] was extremely helpful when looking for a loan and then finding the perfect place. He is very knowledgeable in every process we needed to go through. He responded to me very quickly. Would recommend going with Drew for your first time home buying or your next home.
