We have rented for 5 years at different house on the beach and Grammies Playhouse was the best .Location was perfect,, pool was great for adults and children. We bought a tent for shade in the backyard and it was sufficient for taking a break from the sun. House was very well stocked and neighborhood was quiet.

This condo was very nicely decorated & loved the new kitchen and all the updated appliances. I absolutely loved the breathtaking view of the ocean from the living room and balcony. My daughter Lauren works for your company and recommended this condo to me. She was right on the money about this wonderful vacation condo! I would defintely stay here again in the same unit in the future. Also, wanted to thank the housekeeping staff for having the condo ready for earlier check in. That was wonderful! My husband and came to the beach for our 4 year anniversary and stayed at this amazing condo! So close to the beach, pier, the inlet, shopping and fun! The condo is absolutely gorgeous. The master bed was not very comfortable, but it did not make our stay any less enjoyable! Cant wait to stay there again. Everything you need at your fingertips including the linens! Best condo we have ever stayed at in Garden City!

I have wanted to stay at Murray's for four years now and this year I got my wish. We were definitely not disappointed! This home was beautiful with many personal touches. The kitchen is very well stocked! The pool and fishing dock were incredible too.

This year has been different then any year in my life. We normally take a vacation to the beach each year. With the pandemic, we were sceptical about going but we went anyway. The house we rented was wonderful. It was laid out perfect for our large group. We had 10 people in a 5 bedroom house. The bedrooms were arranged around the main living area and it worked out perfect. The first half of our trip was disrupted by the weather. For 3 1/2 days it was rainy, windy, and cold. We just enjoyed the house for those days. The fourth day, the weather cleared up and got warm. We plan to reserve this same house for our vacation next year. We love the Surfside/Garden City area.

Condo was great; could use some new living room furniture. Toilet in 1/2 bath had a bad valve; kept running. Called maintenance Monday morning and Dave was there in 5 minutes, had the problem fixed in 2 minutes! Thanks Dave! Overall it was a great week and stay! Looking forward to next year! Will probably try for 509 again!
