This condo is awesome. Comfortable furniture with a fabulous view. Only complaint was the lack of lamps in all of the bedrooms. I assume the owners will rectify that next season. If you like to read in bed bring a book lite or Kindle Fire.

Unit was ready for occupancy two hours before our scheduled check-in time. The pictures posted were representative of how the unit was. Unit was very clean and well maintained. Only inconvenience for myself was that I am used to using a K-Cup coffee maker and the unti did not have one. Made a few inquiries to the Garden City Realty office and they were very responsive and courteous. Check-In/Out was very convenient. Unit was equipped with a smart lock, the code was provided ahead of time and we were able to access the unit as soon as we arrived in Garden City.

We absolutely loved the sea dream inn! It was a perfect fit for our family! The two living spaces allowed the kids to be in one area and the adults to be in another. The rooms each had a bathroom which was a game changer for our vacation. The pool was perfect! We loved it!

The pictures online match the reality of the house but do no justice to the view. The sunsets and late night moon appearances were stunning.

Our experience with the property management company was amazing. Their professionalism helped us stay in the vacation mindset- we had no worries. The property was clean but needed some TLC on the carpets. We brought that to the attention of property management and by the next business day a professional steam cleaning company came out and steam cleaned all of the carpets in the house!

We highly recommend this place and will stay there again in a heartbeat. We were sad to leave.

Due to such late planning I called the office vice booking online. Susan was great to work with and sought out two properties that met my needs for a broken week schedule that wasn’t the traditional Sat to Sat model. Without her help we would have moved on to another beach up the coast and not have experienced Garden City Beach and it’s unique family beach feeling. Loved the proximity to the Garden City Pier. Live band every night was great. Only negative was the parking allowed for only one vehicle on sight. However the free overflow parking met our need, It was located about 2 miles away. The unit we stayed in could have used a handyman to fix the minor issues we encountered. Note: I didn’t report any problems as the issues didn’t change my experience and weren’t major concerns. Things such as loose and broken floor trim. But overall the place was cozy, cool and clean. We would stay in it again and would recommend to our friends and all others. I was desperate to get to the beach and out of quarantine for awhile. My friend put me in touch with Mary Black at Garden City Realty. She immediately worked with me and my budget and I stayed in a perfect spot ocean front condo. Could not have been better. I will use them next time I’m heading to S.C. - they were great. Especially Mary and Chris- the maintenance man. Thank you

Great location! Our family had a wonderful week. A few updates would be nice. An outlet under the house for golf cart would be a great addition along with more comfortable mattresses.
