2024 was our first stay at Surfmaster 904, and certainly will not be our last. The building and condo were everything we hoped for, right on the beach with a spectacular view of sunrises/sunsets. The condo itself was in great condition; rooms were plenty big, the kitchen had everything we would need for a week, and the building was easy to get in/out of. The pool/hot tub area was also in great condition, and we had no issues accessing the pool or the beach direct from the facility. We cannot recommend this condo and facility high enough, and look forward to our next stay.

Great stay!! We really lucked out this year...normally we plan this once-a-year trip well in advance but didn't think we could swing it this year. We could only do a Sunday to Sunday this time and the staff at Garden City Realty made it happen. The unit was supper clean and ready to enjoy. The indoor pool was a huge plus. We've stayed in many places over the years(25+) and like Surfside and Garden City the best.,,,PS,,,the unit needs a few more hangers and plates. Thanks again GCR, Jerry and Kathy and 3 grandkids.

GCR staff were wonderful to work with, able to get in property early which was a welcomed surprise, very pleased with location and overall comfort of the condo. Marlin Quay is a great place to stay anytime of the year. It is the best of both worlds, inlet and across street from beach.

This was by far the best place we have stayed in the 15 years we have been vacationing in Garden City. The house was well kept up and well stocked. It was perfect for our family of 4. We loved it and hope to visit again next year.

Overall we had a great experience with Garden City Realty. The house was exactly as described with plenty of linens provided. The house was close to the ocean and other amenities.

We had a family wedding on the beach. The house was the perfect location and the weather for our out of town family was perfect,too.Elevator was a plus!Only negatives were the second frig was very rusty, screen doors needed attention and the front landscaping could have been better maintained.

This place was the nicest we have ever stayed. It is as pictured. Decorated nicely. I noticed teh other units had a different kind of blinds for the living room windows. This units type of blinds were definitley the best kind. We would close the left side one to block the heat during the hottest part of the day. Never had to close the one going to the balcony except at night. Clean, plenty of room for us and the view was perfect! The sheets and towels they provided was a huge plus for us! Washer and dryer a little dated but worked fine. Plenty of dishes/pots/pans/utensils....even had the salt and pepper. Several small appliances were provided. No issues checking in or out. One thing I was concerned about was whether the air would keep it cool. It was great! We will definitely be staying here next year!! The only negative thing I could say is the king mattress should be replaced soon. The other beds were fine. We listened to a timeshare for 2 hrs on Tuesday and received discounted tickets to Ripleys Aquarium, Pirates Voyage and Legends in Concert. They were all great. Pirates Voyage was the best and maybe that's because they serve dinner with the show. Our entire week's stay was just fabulous here! I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone!!

We had a wonderful stay at SeaWatch VIII #103. There is still a few things that would need to be addressed such as needing a little TLC to some areas of the condo but overall it is a good condo to stay at. Great location.

My wife and I, her parents, and my mother stayed here for a week. We couldn't have been happier with the condo. Compass Rose 32 is very clean, recently updated, and very nicely decorated. An unobstructed ocean view is always nice but the screened in large patio in the condo makes it even more enjoyable. The stairs from the patio down to the pool are a nice touch too. The condo is located way south on the Grand Strand so it was nice and quiet. This place is great. We'll be back.

The condo was in a perfect location for us. The new sofa was nice but the other chairs were not very comfortable. We had a lot of trouble with the tv in the living room and master bedroom. The cable or satellite was hard to figure out. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils. Needs new carpet.

We were very pleased with our unit. It was exactly as described and the decor was beautiful. It was lovely to be right on the beach for those daily walks plus having the option of a swimming pool and hot tub available. The property was clean and well maintained. We put in a call for service once and the response was immediate.
We felt the location is great and central for what we all did. We enjoyed the Marsh Walk, Georgetown, Barefoot Landing in North Myrtle Beach and a day trip to Charleston. And for those who like to shop there are lots of options there also.
We hope this property is available the next time we want to go south and would highly recommend it to family and friends.

Our rental experience was very good, location was great! The only thing I would change is just for rental place to send you the door code prior to coming so you don't have to drive to the reality place.

We loved this condo. The view was incredible and it was just a short walk across the pool deck and you were in the sand. Couldn't have asked for a better location.
