Our stay was great! The condo was very clean and spacious. We loved how each room had its own bathroom and the view was amazing through the wall of windows looking onto the beach and water!! The location was close to many great eating spots and Conch Cafe is right next door. Be sure to bring a couple of tailgate chairs if you all wish to sit out on the balcony together. We will definitely be back!

This is the 3rd year we have rented this property for the Thanksgiving week. Our family is large, about 20 people, and being on the ocean is a treat. The house needs updating, mattresses, blinds, couches, chairs, etc are original from 2003 and have outlived their useful life. The mechanics are fine and the rental company will quickly fix any problems when you call.

Expectations exceeded, thanks for another great season

Thank you! to Garden City Realty Team for another great rental season at the beach. You guys have far exceeded our expectations. As you know, we were using another property management company for the previous several years and were hesitant to change. I now can definitely say, I am glad we switched! Our multiple properties have all had record revenue this year. Revenue is good, but combined with the friendly GCR service, it was FANTASTIC! We really appreciate the special time you gave us as we learned the GCR process. We have really enjoyed getting to know the GCR team both over the phone in our many conversations and it was also fun to meet you guys in person. This is the 7th winter I've stayed in Waterforde 403. The only issues are the master bed needs to be replaced, the mattress on the bed is old and very difficult to sleep well on.
the unit has a wonderful view of the ocean and quiet in the winter months.

Our place was in a great location. Condo was beautiful. Had the basic necessities we needed. Only complaint was that I reported a picture that fell in the twin bedroom at 4:00 a.m. and also the light would not work in the master bedroom closet, but no one responded or came out to repair problem. Other than that we have no other complaints.
