Our family loved this home so much the first time we rented it in 2011 that we all voted to return this summer 2014. Ages ranged from mid sixties to 18 months. The property is beautiful and has private space for everyone as well as roominess for the whole group to gather. It is fully furnished with everything you will need down to kitchen tools. Everything was spotlessly clean and in good repair. We all enjoyed the close proximity to the beach and the private pool in our backyard was a plus with the kids. The bedrooms are decorated beautifully as are the common areas and beds are comfortable. We weren't disappointed and don't think anyone renting this house will find it anything but a delightful beach vacation home.

Enjoyed the relaxing time at the vacation condo. It was great having two separate bedrooms plus 2 bathrooms. The kitchen, living area also had a sleeper sofa. Linens were included in the package. Kitchen was remodeled for 2015. Laundry in the unit was convenient. Also, included a small closet in the front area to store beach items. Also enjoyed the view of the ocean from the deck. Had several dinners on the deck overlooking the ocean. Property management was prompt to address any concerns.

View is amazing and loved the big screen porch. The house was clean upon arrival and had everything our family needed for the week. Small bathrooms, but nice big living space. We would rent again.

Excellent place to spend your winters. The property was excellent as was the staff. Never had any problems with any of the other tenants. Great location and a fantastic view of the ocean.

The kitchen was beautiful!! It was well stocked with appliances and cookware and completely updated. Unfortunately, there were a few minor things - that didn’t effect our stay - that need attention : the vertical blinds in the front room and the master bedroom, were missing about 1/3 of the panels - they were “stored” in crazy places all over the unit, sort of like an Easter egg hunt - found them hanging from various clothes rods, under the couch and under every single bed. My husband tried to rehang the ones in the bedroom - but they kept falling. One of the drawer fronts was completely missing from the master bathroom vanity. The door to the safe was on top of the safe - we didn’t need it, so it wasn’t a big deal. There was also a funky mildewy smell in that closet and the carpet was damp. The furnace filter looked like it hasn’t been changed in a super long time. I couldn’t rave enough about the beds!!!! They were super comfortable!! All in all, it was a great condo - I fell in love with the reclining chair in the living room - googled it to get one for my own home.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The only thing I would change is put Curtains in The Master Bedroom because when the air condition is on it blows the blinds and they make a clicking noise which wakes you up during the night and Curtains would also make this room a little darker in the mornings. Overall the place was very nice and clean.
