Surf Master units are centrally located in Garden City, SC. The grounds are well maintained even in the off season. A hot tub was clean and inviting even in February. The staff we encountered were friendly, courteous, and responsive to our needs.There was ample convenient parking. The unit we rented (405) was well equipped and attractively appointed. It has been recently updated. We booked again for next year.

He is an outstanding technician!

The shower in my beach house wouldn't turn off at about ten o'clock at night. I called Garden City Realty emergency maintenance. David Rakentine came out within fifteen minutes.

He had excellent manners and tried to make my friend and me as comfortable as possible while he worked to fix the streaming water. He cut off the water to work but cut it on as soon as possible so we wouldn't be without water. Because he needed parts he had to come back the next day to complete the job.

I was at ease and confident with him in the house while we were out. He is an outstanding technician. I'm grateful that he was sent to my house.

Our rental was very nice and Garden City Realty staff was very willing to assist with any issues/concerns. The location couldn’t have been better. Our balcony overlooked the marina and my kids loved watching the boats come and go. And being across the street from the ocean wasn’t difficult since there is a public beach access/walkway right across from the property. I didn’t give 5 stars for “general condition” and “overall stay” because our air conditioner unit wasn’t working properly, however several people were sent to look and work on it and also because the water pressure wasn’t the best but again several people came out to work on it. I look toward to our trip next year at the same property!

The condo was average. Had to vacuum the rug in the kitchen as it was dirty when we got there and dishwasher had dirty dishes in it upon arrival. Bedspreads were too little for beds. One of the bed squeaks when you move. It was clean other than what was mentioned above.

Murrells Inlet

we arrived and were happy with the distance to beach PERFECT less than 1 block...condo very up to date and clean, spacious...2 big beds and 2 twins (3 bedrooms) ... pool is only about 31/2 ft deep and small but it served its purpose and kids enjoyed it (even my teens)..will visit this location again

We really enjoyed our stay at Duneside III 304! The room was comfortable and perfect for 2 people. Be advised that you're right next to the pier and there is daily karaoke! The room could use some updated kitchen supplies (such as a baking sheet, salt/pepper) and the Wi-Fi was not stable causing the TV to loose connection multiple times a day. Other than that it was a great stay and great location!

The Scheduling Process Was Easy, Professional

This is our first time renting through Garden City Realty. We have only used their services to schedule our rental of the Salty Dog for 6/22.
However, the scheduling process was easy and everyone I worked with was very professional and helpful. We are looking forward to our vacation in June.
