We really love Surfside Beach area and rental location. The rental is fine except for the bathroom door that we reported last year. Needs to be repaired and adjusted to open over the carpet. Would be great if the deck had a ceiling fan, they aren't that expensive anymore. We'll be back.

Our family has been staying in Garden City for over 30yrs. We have always stayed ocean front in some of the grandest fanciest homes. This year we split up due to how large our family had gotten and the other half of us stayed separate at Murray's! Let me tell you this is my absolute favorite home out of any we had ever stayed at. The memories that we made are some I will never forget. If you want memories and the time of your life I highly recommend this property. We went shrimping off the dock, fishing, threw crab boxes out ect. Danced the night away in the dock and walked a few feet away to build sand castles on the beach. We want so badly to come back next year but our family will be expanding again. What a fabulous home with owners who truly care about this home. Thank you so much for such an amazing place.

We were very pleased with the location and the cleanliness of the house. One set of sheets did not fit, but when we called a different set of sheets was brought within minutes. Everyone was kind and helpful. We are looking forward to coming back next year.

It was very nice. The condo was well equipped for the week I took kitchen utensils, etc. but was pleasantly surprised that I did not have to use them

Overall a great experience. Would have appreciated a heads up that the elevators were not working a few days before our stay and all week long. Asked for a late checkout which was granted but the door code was changed right at 10:am. Good thing I had the number to call to correct this so we could go back in.

This was our 3rd year in this house...and we enjoyed it and the location. Suggestions are: dishwasher did not work every time; the front upstairs bedroom did not cool as well as the rest of the upstairs; the drain in this bathroom would not drain..very slow; evberything else was satisfactory.

We had a great week at Beach Time! The house was well stocked, plenty big enough for our family and nicely decorated. We loved how close we were to the beach as well as the private pool. We had a problem with the keypad on the door, but it was quickly resolved by the rental company. We have already booked our vacation for next year!

Seascape is a wonderful house close to the pier with plenty of room for a large extended family to spread out and have their own was nice to have a lifeguard nearby for the littlest beachgoers. Great grill area and also has 2 refrigerators - 2 things that would have been helpful to know before arrival. Brought a baby pool for under the house for the littles - worked out great! Only complaint was the noisy trash trucks every morning at 4:30am and 6:00am waking up those in rooms on the streetside. Overall a great house, in a great location. Would rent again.

Great condo, awesome location! Not nearly adequate parking if you have a vehicle bigger than a compact car. Also, the heavy-footed neighbors in the condo above us. They stayed up past 1 and were up early the next morning. Unfortunately, this perfect location unit is one star away from total perfection!

Flip Flop is a great place to stay located directly across the street from beach. This is house was very clean, had everything we needed as far as accommodations, and was decorated so very nicely.
