Very nice room, well kept pool. Final two days the elevator had some issues where the ground floor button wouldn’t call the elevator but minor glitch. Overall love this building. I have stayed in multiple units and all have been nice.

The condominium was clean and supplied with items as described in the rental. It was located on the second floor and as described there was no elevator. The pool was very close and the view from the pool fantastic. The view from the condo was the parking lot. The walk to the beach was manageable. Overall, a great vacation.

My husband and I continue to be more than satisfied with Garden City Realty but we must add that Drew McElveen, Surf-Master by the Seas on-site manager has been exceptional. He continues to keep us updated on changes and events not only through emails but also with pictures. If we have a question, his rapid reply eliminates any worry or concerns we might have. We feel very fortunate to have such a great team working for us!

This place was terrific - everything was updated and in perfect working order. Would recommend this property to friends...only downside was a few rainy days - but a rainy day on vacation beats a sunny day at work!

Enjoyed our family reunion. Parking for as many as eight cars when visitors came. There is an extra full size sofa bed in the family area upstairs. Small maintenance issues were addressed promptly. Plenty of space for our big family and close to everything that is fun for adults and teens. Toddlers loved the beach and the little pool we set up in the ample space under the house.
