My husband and I lived here in 2013-2016, because of personal reasons we moved back to VA. While on vacation in Aug.'18 we wanted to look at homes, we were referred to Drew Dellinger. We called on a Sunday, met with him after he showed us a home in Murrells Inlet. We put a contract on the home and spoke with him MULTIPLE times from VA. Drew would get back with us within minutes regarding our concerns. He helped us with everything from what damages the storm might have done to the house (he went to the house and checked around) to what the #s were to the utilities. Everything from A-Z. We really enjoyed our stay at Surf Master. This is our second year as snowbirds. I will mention the dishwasher needs to be service/replaced; it did not always clean the dishes thoroughly and never got hot enough to dry them. Also, the door on the 1/2 bath does not stay closed; the striker plate needs to be adjusted or replaced.

With a few exceptions overall was good; several times emergency alarms required leaving the building, a recliner or easy chair would be GREAT, couches were pretty to look at but comfortable

I was very satisfied with my unit and my experience with Garden City Realty. This is my second year booking with them and I would recommend them highly. When we arrived to the unit we realized our vehicle which is a full sized truck with a full crew cab was not going to be able to park under the unit. I called the after hours line and was immediately helped. They found us a parking spot at another unit nearby that could accommodate our needs. They have a friendly top notch staff! Will definitely use and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vacation rental!

The condo was average. Had to vacuum the rug in the kitchen as it was dirty when we got there and dishwasher had dirty dishes in it upon arrival. Bedspreads were too little for beds. One of the bed squeaks when you move. It was clean other than what was mentioned above.

Fall Break trip for 14 year old. He loved fishing off the dock. Great for low key stay. Unit needs a hair dryer, but otherwise was equipped as expected. GCR responded super to need for back door fix.

We have been coming to the Beach House for over 20 years. We love it there. It is always clean. People friendly. Easy access to many restaurants and attractions.The property management team is also awesome.

Location was great. 1st floor was wonderful with 3 small grandkids. We had a few maintenance issues but all was resolved as quickly as possible. Kitchen needs an update and bath fixtures could use an update. Overall a nice place and very family friendly.

It was great! Only complaint was the people that came and cut the grass during our stay. I think this could be completed during the cleanup time on Saturdays. We weren't asked to move cars and grass was thrown all over the vehicles.
