This place has been very tastefully renovated. We had everything we needed for a comfortable and elegant stay. There is an even better view from the porch than the listing shows. Incredibly convenient beach access and location. Walking distance from Conch Cafe, River City is a short drive. Note that there are really just two showers, one bath has a jacuzzi tub and does have a wand that you can use to wash your hair.

this was an awesome place to stay! the only "problem" we had would be that the owner had a car parked in one of the bays under the condo but fortunately we only had 2 vehicles. we also noticed the laundry room had ants which wouldnt have been a big deal except we loaded the laundry area with all our things to pack before we left the condo in the am including our leftover snack food and cereal etc! otherwise it was great. we would definately consider renting here again :)

Overall It was a very good experience. Only complaints were chairs at the table were in need of repair (very wobbly). We stabilized a couple. The blinds could use some repair.
Something to consider: safety bars would be very beneficial in the shower. It may prevent some falls.

We had a great week, even though it rained a lot. The condo is very nice. The only thing it needs is a small table on porch for coffee and drinks.

The condo was beautiful and spacious, wonderfully large balcony. Great for the family. Nice pool. However the master bath needed to be cleaned better and the dryer took forever to dry laundry.
