The weather sucked! (20 mph winds!). Carpet needed cleaning. Under cabinet lights would be nice. One-drain kitchen sink without sprayer made dish washing difficult. Ice maker was extremely slow. This is why a perfect score was not given. BUT, we are thinking about renting both sides in September.

We have stayed at this location for MANY years as it is perfect for our family. I am so glad we changed to the Garden City Realty Co. instead of the previous rental company. With Garden City Reality you are able to check-in using a keyless entry into a very CLEAN UNIT without having to fight your way through the crowd of people all trying to park and pick up their keys. When departing, you are able to simply leave the grounds and head kind of place!

We did a big family vacation splitting up into 3 separate condos within Surfmaster. My condo was 202 and walking in, it was very clean. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, the kitchen and kitchen appliances were very nice, balcony was so relaxing, and the living space was nice for kids to play. I would definitely rent again!

The house is absolutely amazing, the decor is stunning. The house was immaculate upon arrival and the linens were provided and ready. The pool and outdoor kitchen make this a families dream for spending quality time together, the paddle boards and kayak that were included for use were also a great perk! We also enjoyed having a yard to play games in and ping pong! Highly Recommend!!!

The Condo was very nice and comfortable with a fabulous ocean front with a balcony view. Beach was outstanding. Only issue was that the pool which we were looking forward too was closed. Never really got a good explanation. Other pools along the main strip were all open. Other than that everything was as expected.

We have stayed in BH 107 before qnd generally like it, but some furnishings need replacing. Ex. The queen bed mattress is very poor for my back( or anyones) problems. 2nd: the porch furniture is rusty and unuseable . Otherwise, we generally like the unit!

We love the fact that this condo was located right on the beach we had a beautiful view in a very peaceful time. We would also recommend that the couch be replaced and there was a few maintenance items that should be taken care of in the bathroom. But we would definitely return.
