We stayed at this condo in June 2024. Everything was fabulous. Parking was easy, the pool was clean, beach access a breeze. The condo itself was newly renovated, came with everything we needed for 4 adults and 4 children. 10/10 would recommend! I would stay here again.

Our room was gorgeous! Particulary loved the deck furniture! The grounds were clean and well-kept and the staff was extremely helpful. Hadn't stayed with Condotels in a while and was disappointed they no longer supply light daily cleaning, towel exchange, and garbage pick-up. Was also disappointed that the unit was advertised as having Wi-fi, but found when we got there, the service had been turned off. However, the realty company promptly contacted the owner and the Wi-fi was reconnected three days into our stay.

This home was wonderful in every way. It was very clean, comfortable, and well provisioned. The kitchen had every imaginable convenience, utensil, and appliance. The pool was a very nice size and provided a nice break from the beach. The sofa and living room area was very comfortable and clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would not hesitate to re-book on a future vacation.

Just about everything you would hope for. It was comfortable, the view was spectacular, easy access, great price, well stocked kitchen. Bonus- really big sliding glass doors; like they say on HGTV bringing the outside in

My only complaint was that it was next to the mechanicals for the building. I did not notice the noise until I saw the HVAC. My friends did not notice the noise. I heard the hum of the HVAC when I sat on the left side of the balcony. DO NOT let that discourage you- as I said, I did not notice it until I saw the unit. Plus, given the thickness of the glass it was very quiet inside.

We've been returning for several years and it is a nice place to stay overall. We rent 3 units and believe it would be good to designate the outside parking spaces for vehicles with 'travel caps'on top, so guests don't have to remove it to park. We also noticed people parking in an outside space and swim in the pool and then leave. There was no parking sticker on the vehicle.

Perfect location. Love being able to sit on the balcony & sip my morning coffee before going on the beach. Very well maintained beautiful and modern/up-to-date condo. Excited to come again next year.

Our family has been vacationing in the area for many years and this property rates a top mark. The kitchen is fully furnished and the furniture comfortable. Loved the special ice maker. The sun room and decks were a plus. I fell asleep in the hammock one afternoon. The walkway to the beach was across the street and there were few people using it as there are no condos in the area. The only thing missing was an outdoor grill.

This was the 2nd year in a row we stayed at Beach Lane. The location is perfect- close enough to the beach to walk, far enough away that we did not feel we were dealing with a constant flow of traffic. Proximity to Murrells Inlet and Surfside/Mrytle Beach attractions was ideal. The furnishings were clean and generally in good condition. GC Realty maintainence was responsive when we notified them of items that were not working as expected. The only things I would suggest be addressed are major appliances do need to be replaced- the dryer took 3+ cycles to completely dry a small load of laundry, the stovetop did not come to temperature and the dishwasher was quite noisy. The garbage pickup needs to be addressed- there was overflowing garbage when we arrived that was not picked up all week (sanitation company apparently will only take what is in the bin).
