The property description was accurate. The rental home has well-appointed amenities and was spacious enough for ten guests, anymore than that would have been a little crowded. The ice maker at the wine/wet bar did not work (We aren't drinkers, so that was okay) and there were a few cosmetic issues with the exterior (Comes with age), but all-in-all a great place to stay.
The rental was clean and all the included linens were waiting when we arrived, although one set of king sheets included two fitted sheets, but the linen service brought a new set right over.
Check-in and checkout were simple.
It was an easy walk to the beach, but don't take a tent or canopy or the lifeguards will ascend on you like storm troopers (I guess drinking alcohol is okay, even though that the first no-no on the beach rules).
The rental was within a easy walk to either the Garden City or Surfside Beach piers and centrally located to many local attractions, including Market Common, Broadway at the Beach and a plethora of restaurants.
I would definitely recommend this property.

I cant believe we can afford such a wonderful experience! 702 is fantastic and comfy! The appliances are great, and it has a washer and dryer!! We have stayed 5 years. my husband and I and our 2 kids. there is no better view/balcony! Property management is awesome (Jackie rocks)!

Our family vacation was wonderful. The VIP House has the perfect location! We could walk to the pier, get ice cream, ride the golf cart to the Kroger and beach access was just a hop, skip and a jump away. The baby pool was a life saver with toddlers! Parking was perfect for 7 cars and a trailer. Even though the house was not ready until 5 pm, it was clean and well maintained. Garden Realty took care of any need we had promptly and made our vacation seamless. I absolutely would recommend this property and plan on staying there again.

We had a great time here for Labor Day weekend! The location is great. Beach access is right across the street and you’re within 5-10 mins of restaurants, grocery, etc...The parking underneath the property is very cramped. If you have anything larger than a midsize SUV, or more than one car per family it’s going to be an issue. It’s very, very tight parking quarters. The pool was not open during our stay which we were told was managed but the HOA so I would recommend verifying this is open before your stay if you’re interested. Overall, we had an excellent stay!!

Had a great time & Sea Grass was a wonderful place to stay. Sit on the porch watch the wildlife in & around the pond, heated pool, nice kitchen, tables under the house, & plenty of bedrooms w/ baths.

We were disappointed that the bedroom faced the street. The outside hallway carpet was very worn. The pool was in good shape but the hot tub desperately needs a paint job. The location is great, in a quiet residential neighborhood and close to many restaurants and golf. The interior was decorated nicely, with a beach/lighthouse theme. Overall, I highly recommend the Surfmaster and will return again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sea Watch VIII Unit 103. The first thing I noticed was the fresh smell of the property when we opened the door. The ocean view and the beach area was superb, the location close to the Garden City Pier, and for the cost, the
property was a great value. The balcony did need some work on the rails that were coming loose, and the common areas could use some paint and sprucing up. The furnishings were a little dated, but considering the cost of the unit, we were very happy! Our two
small grandchildren were with us and they didn't want to come home, as opposed to last fall when we stayed at a motel and they cried because they "didn't like our new house".
