This trip was a special family trip and it ended up being the best ever! We actually cried leaving the beach and condo#107.The only issue was the dishwasher was messed up and the dresser in the masterbedroom was VERY hard to open. Other than that it was amazing!

so had a very good week place was nice and clean only issue I had was tv in bedroom ,voice of people on tv kept going in and out and stains over tv worried me and the place smelled a little musty , but lite a candle and helped a lot , thimk we were the first peeps for season. other then that had a great week loved the balony spent a lot of time out the eating. i would rent this place again

Overall a very good vacation week. Good beds were a plus. Ice machine a BIG plus. Could have done without the roaches. Obvious an exterminator had been there because they were dead/dying. Just a little unsettling to wake up each morning to several dead on the floors that I had to sweep up.

We have stayed in unit 702 multiple times. We always enjoy staying here. The unit is comfortable and has everything that you need to enjoy your stay at the beach. The kitchen is very well stocked. The king size bed is comfortable. I was thrilled to see that storage shelves had been added to the master bath since last year. Thank you so much for that. The unit is always clean and comfortable. Plenty of linens are always provided. We plan on returning again.

The condo is beautifully decorated, very comfortable, and the view is beyond description! The kitchen is well equipped, and appliances are all new. The beds and furniture were also comfortable. The description and pictures shown are all accurate, and even better in person!

Condo was very well decorated and clean. Had problem with hot tub and maintenance was there in a short time. The big thing we didn’t like was the small bathroom in the master bedroom. Hardly room to turn around in.

The description of Summer Breeze is very good, but when you actually see how close you really are to the beach. It's AMAZING. The property is very nice. It does need a good dusting. Major lightbulb replacement. Especially in the enclosed deck. We would have enjoyed the night time more if we had light. No lights on the stairway to the beach. But other than those minor things. It's a fantastic property. We already have recommended to everyone and some are already taken advantage. Definitely choose this rental if you desire a more quiet area. Myrtle Beach is close by. Can't wait to visit again next year!

The place was great. It was like a home. More roomy. The only thing was n the master bathroom the shower door , water is leaking real bad . Other than that I enjoy the beach house. I will be back next year:).

Our condo was clean and comfy! And the beach views were breath-taking! Really no complaints about the place at all. Pool was clean and the keyless entry was more convenient than having to carry extra keys around.
