This was our 2nd year at this rental, the house and pool are always clean, when we arrive, we are a short walk to the beach and central to shopping and dining locations. There are plenty of things in the area to keep you busy.

The rental property was wonderful....location was great!!!!! Had to evacuate after one night so we didn't get to enjoy....I was very surprised to not find a decent frying pan...the ones in the house I would not use to feed my dogs...went to Wal-Mart to buy a frying pan.

we stayed at Caroline-a-Daye's it was an incredible house, very well decorated and clean. Only 2 minor issues, the pool was suppose to be heated and the pool heater kicked on and off all night which kept us all up. I called the rental office and they send someone with propane and this seemed to fix the issue but it was the day before we were leaving. The staff at the rental office was great, I attempted to change properties and they were very accommodating!!! I would highly recommend property as well as rental company!!!!

First time staying in this unit. We did have a problem entering the unit when it was ready as the code wouldn't work but we called Garden City Realty and they took care of the problem. Enjoyed our stay in this unit. And from other reviews yes the carpet is dirty and the sheets don't fit the mattress well. But that didn't bother us. Next time we go to Myrtle Beach we will try and stay here!

All was very good just as we expected. The only downside was the air conditioning did not seem to take the humidity fully out of the air, so was a bit stale, but otherwise all good.

We enjoyed our week at Sun Dial 33. The place was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. Having the loft and sundeck was great. The condo needs some updating in the kitchen and hall bathroom, but the sundeck made up for that. The new mattresses on the beds in the bedrooms were very comfortable. Overall it was a good experience.
