Seven married men shared the house starting the week of daylights saving time. The house proved comfortable for socializing. As for sleeping arrangements, you better be friends with your roomie as two groups will have to share a kings size bed. The info said the house would sleep 10-12 but not the case if you need privacy during your sleep. The double beds(4) had out dated spring mattresses that proved noisy and soft. The only other issue was no washer/dryer. If you’re a family with kids and staying here it might be a little much carrying clothes to a corner venue. The location was great, the dock out back was great and overall we had a great trip. Replace the mattresses and add washer/dryer and this would be an awesome place to stay.

This was one of the best beach houses we have rented since coming to Surfside since 2003. The house was very clean, pool was wonderful, and the ocean view was priceless. Plenty of room in the house to accommodate all 11 of us. Hopefully, we will be able to rent this house again in the future.

Open, clever design and layout. Solid construction and maintenance. Beautiful view. Good beach with enough surf to be definitely entertaining. And freedom from the spring break yahoo crowd despite being one of Garden City's larger scale properties. We like this place a lot and will continue as longtime repeat customers.

We were very happy with the new check-in method - saved us so much time! This was my third time staying in 306 One Ocean Place, and I loved it again. Some maintenance issues were resolved! The master mattress is too firm for me, so I purchased an inexpensive mattress topper. I would much prefer the two rockers over the new hammock, but some people would probably enjoy the hammock. We enjoyed the two new LR chairs and the new decor!! Everything was very clean and the kitchen was very well stocked, but you should take a skillet with you if you plan to cook. I look forward to staying here again next summer!! I love doing business with Garden City Realty!!

Condo was newly renovated and quite charming. We prefer a firmer mattress, but it was adequate.

The size and location of the unit was really nice. Having a washer and dryer was convenient. The only down side, and its not really a big deal is the unit could use updating.

Stayed at the Marsh Oak house and absolutely loved the house. Very clean and spacious. Loved the views of the beautiful sunsets every night. Garden City Realty is the best. Always interested in making sure we have the best vacation. We had a great week and can't wait to be back next year!!
