This was a great find for our family!! The home was extremely clean and the decor was very nice. The price of the unit and convenience of the beach were absolutely amazing. The week we went, there just happened to be 2 other units filled out of 8, so it was like we had the entire complex to ourselves. It was only a short walk to the pier and entertainment on Atlantic and the public beach access was just at the end of Cypress...maybe a 1-2 minute walk. I can't not speak highly enough about our stay at this quaint home. Parking is a little tight for large SUV's, however, this is easily solved by backing in. It was the perfect size for our family of 5. The kitchen was well supplied with dishes and cookware. The porch was a nice addition. Nothing like enjoying an incoming beach storm on the porch and a morning cup of coffee. The only down side about the porch is that it had a motion light in the corner that kept coming on while we were sitting out there at night. Not a big deal, just a slight irritant. We were also able to have a golf cart, which was a nice entity at a complex. The following week, we stayed at another property with extended family and rented from Dunes Realty. I must say, Garden City Realty has Dunes beat by far in the housekeeping department. I was such a relief to walk into a rental unit that looked and felt clean. What a difference that detail alone makes.
Applause to the housekeeping department at Garden City Realty!! We will definitely keep this GEM in our back pocket for future visits.

We enjoyed our condo very much and were happy
with the furnishings. The only suggestions we
can make is that they put screens on the patio
doors. Being from the North we enjoy the sound
of the waves so we turn off the air and open the doors. Without screens we are always afraid bugs will get in.

It was great. I took my 90 year old mom, nephew and niece. We loved the unit and especially the huge balcony. The view was beautiful. We cooked breakfast every morning and had a beautiful view of the ocean from the table. I only gave a 4 on property cleanliness because the unit was very clean but the floors going from the elevator were dirty.

Three adults stayed here over the Christmas holidays. We had a great time and felt like the house was well suited to our needs. Cleanliness was satisfactory. The beds were comfortable although some of the pillows and bedding could use replacing. All appliances worked well. The furniture in the living room could be updated and the TV could be upgraded to a larger model (spoiled brat alert!). Overall, it was a good stay and we would recommend Seafari Sands and Garden City Realty.

We really enjoyed the 1 bedroom condo with private ocean-front balcony. Some of the kitchen items (utensils, pots, pans, etc) need upgraded or replaced; definitely bare-bones in that area, but the condo as a whole was fine and comfortable. We'll be back; we've stayed in 206 three times now.

Our 5th time at the Metzler Beach House with the whole family. We keep coming back for the location, the fact that the pool is shaded in the afternoon when the little ones need out of the sun, and that the house can handle all of us!

We were very pleased with the location and the cleanliness of the house. One set of sheets did not fit, but when we called a different set of sheets was brought within minutes. Everyone was kind and helpful. We are looking forward to coming back next year.

We really enjoy this place. The fishing, rocking on the porches and walking distance to the uncrowded ocean. Fireworks almost each night...sat on the front porch and enjoy them. We had a really great time.
