Wonderful! While the condo does feel a bit dated, it's very nice and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The parking situation is really bad however - it didn't matter so much to us as we only had one car but if friends/adult family had accompanied us (it was a two-bedroom condo), it would have been impossible.

Plenty of room for 6 adults and one 19 month old, nice size living area kitchen and dining room. Plenty of seating in living area.We loved the screen porch. Smaller bedroom does not have a ceiling fan and was warm, called and floor fan brought right away. Both king mattresses definitely need replacing, faucet leaking in hall bath.

Enjoyed the stay. Weather was great and always enjoy the stay at the Surfmaster. Upgrades done over the summer were great.

This was a lovely condo with a spectacular view. The furniture was in good condition and the large t.v. in the livingroom was a nice surprise! I was happy to see that it was CLEAN upon arrival.This unit could use more silverware though. Also, it was stocked with glass cups but we needed plastic for the children & use at the pool before we went shopping. Not a big deal, but we purchased some to leave behind. It would be helpful if there was at least 1 roll of toilet paper in the condo when you first arrive. With that being said, this was the best condo I've stayed in while on vacation. My grandchildren exploded with excitement when they saw the view from the livingroom. I felt like I was on a ship! We all enjoyed the pool & hot tub. I felt like I was "spoiled rotten" with the awesome surroundings inside and out. I would love to rent this unit again next year!

Convenient mail Collection. Awesome-prompt maintenance help when it was needed. Comfortable-Great Bed-plenty of storage in the kitchen. Would like a bigger smart TV in the living Room.

This is our second time staying in Penthouse C and it's been a great experience both times! It's always spotless and extra towel and sheet sets are wrapped and are everywhere! The sheets are already on the bed as well which was really nice and the kitchen is fully stocked, there's even an air fryer if you need it! 10/10 would recommend! Our family of 6 fit comfortably and had plenty of space!

Windy Hill was an exceptional property to stay at for our summer vacation!
The house is very comfortable and decorated so beachy. We loved the pool day and night ...couldn’t keep the kids or adults out of it. Will definitely stay there again.

We enjoyed the condo, particularly the southwest facing balcony in the afternoons with the sun making it comfortable even if the temperature was a little on the cool side. We also were glad to have the big screen TV to watch "March Madness.

We stay in the Surf Master allmost every summer. Its Location is perfect if you want to be out of the ruckass of myrtle and enjoy the ocean, yet close enough to everthing to be only minutes from food, fun and whatever else yor looking for. I will keep bringing my family back.

Property was advertised a s trailer friendly (Bike Week), but upon arrival, a very chad/karen member of the property HOA followed me to the condo and gave me a hard time. Showed him the emails from the property manager indicating that i had a trailer designated parking spot and he "let it slide until the morning so i wouldnt get towed".....
I know they pulled the trailer friendly ad from the listing, so thats a plus, but note THERE IS NOT TRAILER FRIENDLY PARKING HERE. The property manager did get me a place to store my trailer so that was a plus, although inconvenient , as i would have chosen a different property or made arrangements that were more in line with my expectations. They did resolve my issue with the booking after we left. So that was a plus. Oh and the entry code that was texted to us day of was different than what was in the email 2 weeks prior, which caused some issued gaining access to start.

Now that the bad is out of the way, here's the good:
Property was very clean, well stocked and easy to access (once the right entry code was provided). Close to the beach and within walking distance of a number of restaurants, as well as the pier. the rest of the neighbors were friendly and helpful. t All in all the property itself (sans parking) was very nice and a great value. location was perfect for our plans. would recommend so long as the property manager does a proper job of answering your questions before you book.
