I want to thank both the owners and the management company for a great experience. Sandy Beach was beautifully maintained and felt like our 'home away from home.' It was the perfect size for our family which included 4 women and 1 dad so the bathrooms in every room were a blessing. We were pleasantly surprised the house included all kitchen needs and the furniture may look uncomfortable but believe me, you melt right into it. Lastly, this house was the perfect location for us. Close enough to walk to the beach, restaurants/bars, parks, and farmers market but far enough to be away from the crowds. We will definitely rent in the future if it is available when we need it. Thank you again.

16 Golfers came from Salt Lake City for a late summer golf and poker experience. This Condo was clean and expansive. Beds were firm and comfortable. All appliances worked. View was EXCEPTIONAL! Bathrooms were clean, nice and large. Water pressure in shower was OK. Definitely return! Mary was easy to work with. Easy to get in touch with.Rave reviews from all my group!

The location is fantastic. Right on the beach, two pools, clean unit. My only comment is that the realty company needs to provide more toilet paper and garbage bags. Only 2 rolls of toilet paper for a family of 4 for a week is not going to cut it. Also, only 1 trash bag per trash can, needed a few more but luckily we had a lot of plastic grocery sacks and made do.

Wonderful vacation! The only drawback is there is a long walk over the dunes which would be difficult for elderly or disabled. Also an outside picnic table or any kind of table would be nice.

The condo was very nice and beautifully decorated. I love the palm tree motif throughout. The kitchen is well stocked and the furniture in the living room area is quite comfortable. The bathrooms are a little snall, but that's expected in a 1Bd/1.5Ba condo. Loved the huge balcony and the 60"tv. The bed is a very high- which could be a problem for older adults or those with a disability- although my 87 yr old mother climbed in and out everyday. The elevators are surprisingly fast especially s8nce tge place was full. All-in-all a very nice place to stay.

We booked later than usual and weren’t sure what to expect in person, Everything as described. WOW, what a wonderful condo and great spot on the beach. The place was so clean and up to date. Pool was perfect. Literally steps to pristine beach. Many great restaurants and attractions close by including Murrells Inlet yet beach not overcrowded, Garden City Reality very easy to deal with. Thank you for a fabulous week, We would definitely recommend.

Great house for large group. Staff was very helpful. House is ready for a refresh in many areas. Kitchen utensils need an overhaul. Hard to find enough serving dishes. Cupboards are deteriorating.

Using Garden City Realty made our entire experience simply effortless. The selection process is easy with very detailed descriptions as well as photo's. The check-in and out process is simple with keyless entry. We needed maintenance, just to operate the TV and a technician was there in less than 30 minutes. Surf Master is our choice resort in Garden City!
