We had a wonderful stay at Beachside Windy Hill! We are repeat customers and have already booked for next year. This is the cleanest beach house we have ever stayed in. The porches are fabulous, with plenty of shade and rocking chairs. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub daily. The close proximity of beach access makes it easy to go on the beach daily. The outdoor toilet is fantastic as it eliminates tracking in and out while wet. We love this house!

The condo was very nice, but there needs to be more dishes in the kitchen. There were no serving bowls and a very limited amount of glasses

Our extended family visits Garden City Beach each year, and concerns about COVID-19 led to our renting a second house. Strike II was the perfect solution and Garden City Realty provided outstanding service in assuaging our concerns about check in and cleaning. The house is spacious, with a sweeping lawn for games and space under the house to relax on a rainy day. Only steps from the beach, the location is outstanding, and the house is well maintained.

Overall the unit was nice. New TVs and blu-ray players. This unit needed some basics like oven mitts and large glasses since we do use the kitchen to cook some of the meals. Pool and hot tub were great.

There is a childproof cover on the front doorknob. Three adults could not open the door. Please remove when your child is not present.

The switch on the lamp next to the king size bed needs to be repaired. We could not turn the light on.

Beautiful view! Great being on lower floor, just use the stairs and you are there at the pool or beach.

This was our 10th year staying at Sea Master and have never been disappointed. Great location. Already reserved for next year.

We found a little piece of heaven at Surfmaster. The beach is beautiful, the pools are fun and the people are friendly. There’s plenty of restaurants, sites to see and places to shop nearby. Our unit, which was very comfortable and accommodating, felt like home.
We highly recommend Surfmaster.

Overall good, however we could not have a golf cart, other places such as Royal Garden allows them to park out front, don't know why Surf Master does not. Probably will not stay here again because of this.

Kids loved the indoor pool. It was nice being able to swim without worrying about putting sunscreen on the kids.
