Great place, love how updated it is. The beds are amazing and everything was wonderful. The couch needs to be updated as it is not comfortable anymore and the sofa sags to one side.

WONDERFUL!!!! We have been staying in the Surfmaster or One Ocean Place building for years and this was the best yet. This condo is AMAZING!! Everything was exactly as described and the pictures actually do not do justice for how incredible this unit is. The beds are wonderful, the air conditioning actually kept the temp steady, the stove is in good working condition, the frig works great!, living room furniture-so comfy and the balcony and furniture on it were absolutely wonderful--so many times the balcony furniture is well...just cheesy but not here!!! The room was clean when we arrived and they cleaned the hot tub 2 or 3 times during the week we were there. CANNOT say enough positive things about this penthouse!!!! Will definitely stay in this unit again.

Overall nice condo. Had to run the dishwasher a couple of times to get rid of a bad smell where it had not completed running the last cycle and dirty water was left standing in it for a while.

Our place was in a great location. Condo was beautiful. Had the basic necessities we needed. Only complaint was that I reported a picture that fell in the twin bedroom at 4:00 a.m. and also the light would not work in the master bedroom closet, but no one responded or came out to repair problem. Other than that we have no other complaints.

Surfmaster by the Sea has been one of our favorite vacation destinations for many years. We have never been disappointed in our stay. 606 is a beautiful one bedroom unit that has been recently renovated. It is a perfect getaway for a couple or A girlfriend trip. It can accommodate up to four people. The grounds are meticulously maintained. We have never had any problems and love the close proximity to the sand.

I stayed in Unit 218 at SS #2 for the months of February and March. The experience was moire than I expected it would be. The location was great with a view of the ocean. Having a balcony was a plus. Them unit was nicely decorated and supplied beyond expectation.

We had not been to the beach in 6 years and we planned a trip for our 20th anniversary. We had a wonderful time!The condo was great! The view was great! We


were on the 7th floor and we loved sitting out on our beach front balcony in the early morning and in the ĺate
evenings. The condo had everything we needed - in the kitchen and even beach chairs and other beach items. It was
clean and felt like home. We loved the huge oversized patio doors- they made the view so much better! We wished we could have stayed longer!!

This condo is very clean and updated. The property is kept clean and the pool area is nice!! I absolutely love the side view deck. It is huge and has plenty of room for everyone to hang out and since it is in an angle it is blocked from the sun most of the day but still has a gorgeous view of the beach and ocean. This is the third year we have stayed!
The only downfall is parking. There is only one parking space per unit. Fortunately we have family close by o leave second car with them but something others should think of before renting!
