The home was in a beautiful , quiet location. The view of the channel was great, nice and peaceful mornings to wake up and go sit on the dock and drink coffee . The home itself was great with eveything we needed for the week stay. The walk to the beach was short and not too far of a walk to the Garden City Pier. I would recommend this property to anyone going down to Garden City.

Great condo with amazing view and location. We stayed here for five nights and were very comfortable and had no issues. The condo is nicely decorated and had a very well stocked kitchen. Actually one of the best stocked kitchen I have had the pleasure to stay in. The beds were very comfortable and the whole condo area is very quiet and peaceful. Very pleased with this day will be back.

This condo was very nice, high up (14th floor), and relatively clean (still some little areas with dead bugs and/or food bits). The sofas looked relatively new, but the pullout beds weren't comfortable. The bedroom was nice, but again, the mattress was a bit uncomfortable. I know that we were down to 1 elevator, but it would have been nice when the maintenance staff was holding up the elevators to let other floors be advised (my husband waited over 30 min for an elevator @ 730am, and had to walk up 14 flights)!

this was our 4th year in Garden City I recommend it. only drawback was the parking. we have never had any problem with parking before and we have always taken two cars
We got a $25. ticket which said we could pay it online but when we tried to pay it online it had not been turned in yet. we haven't heard anything yet so hoping we don't get some kind of a stupid penalty. by the way we mailed it

Condo rental experience itself very easy,
Only real complaint was elevator was sometimes slow and very unpredictable.
Outdoor pool was still closed while surrounding condo pools were open, so that was disappointing.
Overall nice property with friendly grounds employees
Would book with Garden City Realty again.

Our house was absolutely perfect for our multi-family home. Everything was stocked, plenty of towels and beds to sleep in. They upgrade the small couch from the pictures to a comfy sectional. The kitchen chairs could use tighten up and the palm tree by the pool makes a mess but we just sprayed it off with the hose everyday and it was fine! We would definitely rent this home again. Close to everything!!!

A great view of the ocean! The kitchen was greatly understocked. There was barely any silverware and necessary kitchen accessories.The hall bath wouldn’t hold water and needs to be looked at.

The folks from Kentucky, which is what we are known as, have rented CR # 22 for years! Love this unit, love the other vacation people we see each year, love GC and love the setup! Only one thing of improvement - new TVs would be nice. Other than that, this unit is warm, comfortable and welcoming! Already making plans for next year!

The unit was a great location, close to public access to the beach and beautiful views of the inlet channel and marina. The condo was perfect for our purposes, just a few suggestions: We didn't use the pull out couch,but if we needed to there were no extra blankets or sheets for it. We could have used a couple extra blankets for our own beds. They only had a sheet and a very light quilt. There were plenty of extra pillows, just no blankets. The place was over all very clean and had everything we needed. The laundry room had cluttered shelves and was a bit dirty. We were there 4 days and only two of us, but if it was longer there really was not an empty cabinet to put food/groceries. Beds were soft and the mattress covers were stained. Marlin Quay is a safe and gated community of condos, with two very nice pools, and quiet which we liked. We would definitely stay there again.

We were a family of 14 ages 9 months to 65
The house was was accommodating. The description was was so great to have our family under one roof.Would have enjoyed a gas grill instead of charcoal.we had a good selection shopping for groceries and close to house.walk to beach was close.pool was great to come back and kept clean.refrigerator was to small for this size house.bathrooms clean house was acceptable. Overall i would recommend this house
