The room (1610) we stayed in definitely could’ve been cleaned a little better than it was (I cleaned a lot when I stayed). It was a little out dated on some things. But overall it was a great place! Royal gardens is amazing, definitely with the little bar by the pool.. wish it was a little more affordable, but it’s at the beach at peak time. ����‍♀️ So it’s understandable! This is the perfect place if you love ocean front, andddd the fact they have a indoor and outdoor pool and a hot tub!!!! You can not beat this place for the price. Will definitely be staying again!!! .... Also the table on the balcony definitely needs replaced lol

We had a great time. We loved walking across the small yard then into the pool and after that the ocean! We felt check in was easy. We would rent again through your agency. (Our only complaint was no dishwasher in the condo??)

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit in June of 2019! The home is clean and very nicely decorated. The fully stocked kitchen had everything we needed. We cooked at home most days. Garden City Realty staff is extremely professional, helpful, and courteous, which is very important to me. Correspondence, payments, and all information were nicely handled through emails.

So thankful for Pam at Garden City Realty. She was so kind and helpful in getting us a place on very short notice. It was a very sad time for our family to be back down as my father-in law passed unexpectedly. Pam was right there to get thing taken care of and make sure everything was in order when we arrived. She went above and beyond to make things easier for us. Property was very clean, quiet and cozy.

The Canfield High School Baseball team stayed at Seacamp for the 4th time as we play in a tournament every year. We are from Youngstown, Ohio, and we love the place. Seacamp houses all of the boys, plus a busdriver, as well as 4 coaches. Thank you for such a great place!

We had a great week - couldn't have asked for better weather. Upon arrival we had no towels or sheets for the beds. There was also a large pile of towels outside, but after making a phone call - things were taken care of right away.

Much more than we expected the house has a great view of the ocean. The location is prime directly across from a surf area beach. Did not have to travel far to find several restaurants and bars.

Huge beachhouse right on the water, everyone that stayed there had their own bedroom and bathroom and we could have slept more. House was in great shape, was quite presentable and has an elevator. Would highly recommend

very nice place to stay. have been there about 5 years and it is always a good place to stay. its quiet, right across from the beach and you are minutes away from everything. had one problem with the hot tub and it was fixed right away. could use a tv in the bunk bed room. overall a very nice place to stay . would highly recommend.
