This was our first year staying at Grammies Playhouse and the first time back in Garden City in many years. Everything was great, we loved the house, plenty of room for everyone. The location was great, only steps from the beach. It was perfect for our family and also for our four-legged family members. We all enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the dogs loved the fenced in backyard. We really enjoyed the big porch, it was so nice to just sit out there and enjoy the summer breeze. The only negative thing would be the really small showers in both bathrooms, but you can live with that for a week. We had no issues with the dryer as stated in another review, used it almost daily and it worked just fine. Our week was just great and we look forward to renting the house again.

Great for a Family. 3 Bedroom and 3 Bathrooms. Beautifully decorated and convenient to Murrells Inlet restaurants, shopping and entertainment for the kids. The view was awesome! We have been down to Myrtle Beach a few time but this was definitely one of our favorite places to stay!

Never been treated better

I have purchased many properties in different state's and never have we been treated better than Stephanie (Riffle) treated us. She is at our side through the whole process from before the sale to even after the closing. Doing all of the footwork finding out important information we needed. If not for Stephanie I don't think we would have purchased a property in MB.

The room was in very good condition except for the floor fans which need to be cleaned.
The rocking chairs on the deck we're great.
Overall we had a great time the weather was nice the only complaint was the wet dog smell in the elevators

This condo was very clean and comfortable. I was pleased with how well stocked the kitchen was with dishes and cook ware. The view was amazing! A couple negatives which in no way reflects on the owners or Garden City Realty was that it was hard to enjoy our balcony due to smoker's under and around us. Also, children in the condo above us seemed to run all hours of the night. But, these are the things you face in close proximity to others. I appreciate that the condo was stocked with some cleaning basics and hand soap. We had a small issue with our linens but it was corrected quickly and politely by Garden City staff.

Loved the beach and easy access. Pool was a plus especially with small children. We had beautiful weather so we did not need rainy day activities but no puzzles, games etc. Deck seating very uncomfortable , heavy not conducive to seniors and kids. Bedrooms were great and all the bathrooms a plus. View is fantastic!

I loved that we could put our EZup canopy on the beach and be protected from the sun. I loved that fireworks was set off every night outside our window. It was beautiful and fun to watch and hear all the ooohs and ahhhs! The kitchen was well stocked with a great mixer! When I asked if a blender is part of the rental agreement. It was delivered within the hr.!! Fantastic customer service.

The perfect rental for a family vacation. A master suite on both floors and 5 bathrooms! The pool and jacuzzi provided some great time for the grandkids while the few steps to the beach allowed for nice walks and some fishing.
A definite vacation home recommendation.
