Planning for the gathering began in October of 2024. Our vacation plans required an oceanfront house with a minimum capacity of 14 people, 6 Bedrooms, 5 baths, all linens, and a private pool.
We have successfully worked with Garden City Reality several times in the past, so we reached out to them again.
We reserved the house in early December with a small holding fee. Two additional rental payments later (March and May) we were set for a wonderful vacation.

We had a wonderful stay at this home and would absolutely recommend it to others. The house was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was great and it had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable visit. The space felt welcoming from the moment we arrived.

There were just a couple of minor issues during our stay, but they were completely out of the host’s control and did not take away from our overall experience. (The back yard does not get much sunlight and although they have maintenance to take care of the pool, because the tree it would be helpful to leave a pool skimmer to remove the leaves)

We had a fantastic time and would happily stay here again in the future.

Beach was great. Lack of large condo's near this property means just families close to you were on the beach. It was not crowded at all. It would have been nice to know when the linen package (toilet paper/towels ect..) arrived. It did not get to us until after 5:00 PM. Direct access to the beach and plenty of parking. We had six autos in our group and could have fit two more. Property was 40 minutes from Broadway on the beach.

It always helps when the wheather is perfect and it was. The seacamp was perfect for our families for its size and amenities. I played cook and the kitchen had everything I needed to prepare our meals. The location on the beach was perfect. I would rent this property again. It was the best bang for or money. Even more beautiful and spacious than what the pictures conveyed. Super clean and the balcony was a huge bonus plenary of room for all of us with out being cramped, even setting on the couch inside you can take in the beautiful views through the giant windows. We had a wonderful stay and already looking to book another stay!
