The house is a great place for families to vacation together. There was plenty of room for everyone in our 14 person group. The pool and hot tub are great options after a long day on the gorgeous beach just steps away from the backdoor. Eating on the spacious deck was great any time of day or night. We had one AC unit not working when we arrived, but it was repaired within the first hour. Also had some minor issues with a few lights not working, but nothing to detract from our time. I would still highly recommend this house and will definitely consider it again for our next stay on the Grand Strand.

Had a great time. The property was nice. Had a few little issues (no linens for one of the beds, no tv in master, material on 3-4 lawn chairs at pool was torn - couldn’t use) Linens were brought on day 2, tv issue got resolved. Chairs were not fixed during our stay. Otherwise, Pops Place is beautiful. Has everything we wanted during our stay!

Garden City was great to work with, very helpful, and friendly.

The Lazy O property was beautiful, immaculate, and modern. There was one cleaning issue brought to Garden City's attention, and the staff member was very apologetic for the issue. We took care of the problem ourselves. In addition, there was a repair issue in one of the bathrooms, which was addressed immediately.

I would recommend Garden City and stay at the property if our plans bring us to Murrells Inlet again.

The condo is not sound resistant enough. The upstairs occupants were noisy running & jumping up and down the hall. Apparently had several children. I know also that they rented from a different agency.

Our family has been coming to the Madame Butterfly for 10 years. As we walk out of the door on the final day, we are already talking about the next visit. The house is large enough for us to sleep and yet small enough so we are together - eating, napping, reading, puzzles and even a little TV. Thanks to the owners for continuing to make this beach cottage available. We look forward to many years ahead.

It’s so hard to find a three bedroom for three adult couples (us and our adult children), so we were thrilled to find this one. This unit was spacious and well stocked. The rental agency’s linens and toiletries were appreciated. It was nice, and pretty clean (some furniture stains, but that comes with the territory....some renters are just not careful with other people’s stuff). The mattresses felt a bit older. If you ever replace the beds, I would suggest going all in on appealing to adults and put a king in every room. We had family in the rental house next door and we all felt like there was more living room space in this condo than in the house, and the condo was priced better. The building overall needs some sprucing up (especially the elevators), but I’d recommend this unit (201). Parking can be difficult, especially if you’re in a bigger vehicle, because the spaces and ramps are narrow.

This is a very nice unit. Everything you could need to start your stay was there. Very quiet unit. Great deck overlooking the ocean. The unit itself is larger in square footage (1250’) which made it feel very homey. This the nicest unit we have rented in 4 times staying in MB.
