This condo was very clean and comfortable. I was pleased with how well stocked the kitchen was with dishes and cook ware. The view was amazing! A couple negatives which in no way reflects on the owners or Garden City Realty was that it was hard to enjoy our balcony due to smoker's under and around us. Also, children in the condo above us seemed to run all hours of the night. But, these are the things you face in close proximity to others. I appreciate that the condo was stocked with some cleaning basics and hand soap. We had a small issue with our linens but it was corrected quickly and politely by Garden City staff.

Great 4 bedroom 2 bath ocean front with covered porch & rockers, 2 outdoor showers underneath, and a hose for spraying off sand on the private deck through the dunes to the beach. Large open kitchen/ living room area. Only negative issue, which may seem petty, is that every knife in the kitchen was dull. We had to buy some sharp knives the 2nd day just to be able to cut tomatoes & limes without cutting ourselves. Not a big deal but often overlooked by owners. Great week and our second year there.

This is our first time on the marsh and we loved it! It was great having sunrise and sunset views the house worked perfect for our family ...everyone had their own space if they needed it but actually we all spent the time together for the most part! We had a couple of things that needed to be taken care of and they were but nothing that would have affected our stay. We felt like part of the family with all the family pictures...we were going to add ours to it!! By the time we left we felt like we were part of yours! Thanks so much for sharing your home. And we hope Florence was kind to your home!!

Very nice overall. Great location. Air conditioning was very loud in master bedroom when starts and stops.
Needs rugs for bathrooms so not to slip.

Our week was really great. Our rental was older but very comfortable with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The location could not have been more convenient. Our family really enjoyed the large front porch and easy beach access.
