People at Garden city realty are great to work with. We come back for years. This year we locked our self's out. Johnny was there in less than a 1/2 hour to get us in. I think the place does need a new chair and the kitchen chair's are pretty wobby. I know it's one of the cheaper places that's why we stay there.

We had a wonderful time. We were so thankful that the chairs and umbrella was placed on the beach every morning. Also, my elderly mother was able to ride in one of the beach wheelchairs and put her feet in the water one more time, for this memory I will forever be grateful.

This is our 4 year at the Surfmaster and our first at unit 910. We always enjoy our stay. The condo was nice. Missing a few kitchen things but that was quickly rectified by Maggie and the housekeeping dept. The location was good. Loved the view. The living room furniture was very uncomfortable. Maybe it’s fine for a week in the summer when you are outside most of the time. But for a month in the winter when you spend a lot of time on them and we are in our 60’s it was very hard to sit on them without our back and hips hurting. Overall we were satisfied and enjoyed our stay.

The overall stay was fantastic 1st read cancellation policy closely we changed reservation which they weren't able to refund one dime of the money deposited..but in Friday before our checkout checkout Saturday someone was already moving in..2nd if a large family double check pool size. 3rd needed battery changed on a chirping smoke detector never got it changed..also check parking regulations..we were asked to move a trailer after 4 days.of being parked in a spot that so said could not park
there(hoa)perhaps? Our family had a great 's the small things that make a difference. Our vacation planner Pam was a pleasure to work with. A great place to rent from. Just be sure you know everything up front!

Very easy access, to room, beach , beautiful condo, loved the huge windows, balconies & views, comfortable bed.

While we enjoyed our stay, the balcony seating could use an update as it was very worn and uncomfortable. The floors were not very clean, within minutes of arriving my son’s feet were visibly dirty. There was a little bit of trash left in the bedroom garbage and my son found crackers in the floor. The master bedroom blind was in the floor when we arrived so not a lot of privacy.
