My recent stay at One Ocean Place was amazing, as usual. This is my 3rd time using Garden City Realty and I can not say enough about how wonderful the entire staff has been to deal with every time I have visited. The accommodations at one ocean place were excellent (bathrooms could be a little cleaner/updated) but as always, the decor, cleanliness & having plenty of everything we needed was top notch. And the view, SIMPLY AMAZING. I like that it is a bit out of the way and not right in the middle of all the hoopla. I can go to the action if I want it or simply relax. I Have also stayed at SurfMaster by the Sea a few times and again, I could now ask for better accommodations or better people to deal with to take care of every need. I've recommended both Garden City Realty and SurfMaster to several people and will continue to do so. I do wish both places had a couple of beach chairs for guest use on the beach

This condo was very nice, high up (14th floor), and relatively clean (still some little areas with dead bugs and/or food bits). The sofas looked relatively new, but the pullout beds weren't comfortable. The bedroom was nice, but again, the mattress was a bit uncomfortable. I know that we were down to 1 elevator, but it would have been nice when the maintenance staff was holding up the elevators to let other floors be advised (my husband waited over 30 min for an elevator @ 730am, and had to walk up 14 flights)!

It was our first time staying at this property. At arrival, there were a couple spots that were a bit dirty, but nothing we couldn't quickly wipe down. We called the property management company for information about a power outage that occurred and they were very helpful providing us with information about it and an estimated time for it to be resolved.
Besides that, there are many attractions and restaurants within 10-20min driving distance. The Garden City Pier and little shops around are about a 10min walking distance from the property. We would definitely book again in the near future.

We stayed the week of Memorial Day. The beach was not crowded, which was great. Great location, very short drive to dining and grocery stores.

There were a few minor issues with the house that we did not bother to report (lights out on porch, broken frig shelf.) The only issue we did report was that somehow the linens were not in the house. 45 minutes after my call they were delivered with apologies. So great service!

The house was very clean and the kitchen was exceptionally well stocked. We had 11 people and everyone had plenty of room.

Such a convenient place for my kids and grandkids to enjoy the beach and the pool! I just wish the dryer worked on all settings. It never shut off when you had it on automatic sensing, and this could be a safety issue.

We really enjoyed our stay. Garden City personnel were friendly and shared great information. While not. The home was spacious, well furnished and clean.
The only negatives: previous renters left trash in shrubs around pool area. One of the many beds needed- the frame needed to be tightened.

We absolutely loved this vacation home. As weekly beach rental property owners ourselves, it is easy to tell how much the owners love and care about this place. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The puzzles were an added treat. It brought us so much Joy watching our teens and their friends disconnect from electronics and work together to complete puzzles for hours. The beds were all comfortable and lots of pillows and blankets were available to everyone. The kitchen was FULLY stocked and both sun rooms were our favorite places to disconnect and relax.
Our only recommendation to the owners would be to remove a few chairs, we felt a little crowded in the living room and the oceanside sunroom with all of the furniture. All-in-all the place was amazing, clean, and THE BEST rental we have ever rented in Garden City and we have been coming there for over 20 years. THANK YOU FOR SHARING YOUR HOME WITH US!

We've been coming to Seasider for years -- it's a wonderful small complex, very quiet and relaxing. All the other units we've stayed in were very nice, but 302 has had its was a real mess last year (patches on holes in the wall had been started but not finished, that kind of thing). Some things were better this year (new paint and carpet), but she still shows her age. However, remember, it's at the beach and things corrode at the beach. Just wish they'd get new balcony furniture....
