We had a great stay at the house and appreciated the golf cart allowance as we used one all the time to get around. The bedrooms were very nice and roomy. The kitchen is well equipped and we had everything needed to cook. The pool was the perfect size for a cool down. We would use zretreat again!

We had an excellent time and property was great. It's right across the street from the beach. The unit had everything we needed and was perfect for our family.
The only thing missed was housekeeping forgot to clean the balcony. There were cigarette butts and a used pack and lighter left out there.

We stayed in Driftwood the week after Hurricane Ian. The house itself had been spared of damage and was very clean. The yard was as clean as could be at the time. We had plenty of room and everything we needed in this house. If there is anything I would've changed it would be the thermostat. The house was hot at 73 and the rule was not to change the thermostat from 73. But over all, we had a great time staying in this beautiful house.
The people at Garden City realty were exceptional. We will be back! Thank you to Cathy, Pam, Bob and Jackie.

What a way to start our summer! Everything was just perfect. We plan on doing this again in the future. Loved staying in Z's Retreat. Very quiet neighborhood, but close enough to other attractions we could go, see and do all we wanted. What a gem!

The property description was accurate. It was a beautiful unit. It was clean and well maintained.The only downside to the unit was the paper products that were included leaved a lot to be desired, especially the toilet paper. I would recommend the unit to anyone, I would just tell them to bring their own toilet paper.

We had perfect weather and always enjoy staying at SurfMaster. Things were good except the pool was too cold and dirty, the pots had no lids, and the couch and the king bed could use replacement.

We had a wonderful stay at SeaWatch VIII #103. There is still a few things that would need to be addressed such as needing a little TLC to some areas of the condo but overall it is a good condo to stay at. Great location.

I cannot recommend Garden City Realty enough. They are customer-focused and go WAAAAY beyond to keep the customer happy. We've used them for many years and have never been disappointed. The air conditioning went out in one home and was fixed the same day. The internet died and it was fixed the same day.

We left behind large luggage in one of the rooms; they went to the house as it was being cleaned for the next renter, got the bags, and locked it up until we could get it.

This year (2020), Pam delivered exceptional customer service, keeping calm and kind as she worked to reschedule our family beach week. She's been working with tired, worried customers during COVID19 and handling it with grace and compassion.
