When we rented in Dec. 2019 for July 2020 we were hoping all 18 to 20 guests would be able to make the trip. Around mid May, because of the Covid virus the 20 figure dropped to 14 and dropped again down to the final count of 9. In spite of the virus, the 7 days at Moonlighting were great. We are scheduled to come back next year.
The unit seemed to have some improvements made to it...painted and repair of the front steps, a new lock for the inside stairwell door leading into the kitchen.
The only problem we had was with the dish washer. Several times we had to re-run the rinse cycle or the dishes were not entirely clean. I suggest that the dishwasher be checked out and repaired or replaced.
I also suggest that since the whole house is rented, A walkway connector be constructed so that each side can be reached via the front porches.

Waters Edge 1406 has everything you need! Kitchen is well-equipped. View is amazing! If I could make just one suggestion it would be to spring for some deck furniture that is a little more comfortable. It would make this condo the absolute greatest!

Norm Clay facilitated the listing and sale of a beach condo I had owned for numerous years. All aspects of the services he provided exceeded what would typically be expected. The listing and showings had to be coordinated through the peak summer rental period for not only access by the potential buyers but also not to inconvenience the renters enjoying their vacation. He did a good job vetting the credibility of potential buyers as well. All closing was done remotely and he even cleared and secured the items from the owners closet until it was convenient for me to collect them. He even facilitated the collection and return of the cable devices to Spectrum and ensured the new owners had replacement hardware for the next renters. I am very satisfied with every aspect of this transaction and would strongly recommend Norm for your consideration.

Great location right on the beach! Great place for a large group. Would love to see the beds upgraded to king beds . The bunk room was great and the ground floor bedroom and bathroom was nice would be better with a king bed. Loved the openness of the house and the decks are great.

This is my 4th time staying here and hope to come again next year. It is spacious and the outdoor balcony/patio space cannot be beat. We were lulled to sleep by the sound of the surf and never tired of watching the waves and taking long walks on the beach. Their is a seafood restaurant within walking distance which is great when no one feels like driving. I highly recommend Penthouse D.

Exactly as described in the photos! Best equipped kitchen I have seen in a rental. Easy check-in and out. Perfect location to relax on the deck and easy beach access.

Just what we were looking for. We could see and hear the waves. Timing was good as the beach was not very crowded. We walked to the pier every evening. Great restaurants fairly close by.
