I’ve been vacationing in Garden City Beach for 12 years and this was the first time staying at One Ocean Place. I liked that there was security and private parking. The condo was beautiful. The kitchen was fully stocked. We had all the comforts of home. The only thing I would add is a tv in the second bedroom. The view from the balcony was spectacular. We enjoyed our time at the beach. We didn’t want to leave. I would definitely rent this condo again. The new owners did an amazing job renovating it.

Our family had a very enjoyable time. This is the first time we had rented a house with a dock on the inlet and really enjoyed our time there greatly.

overall our stay was a pleasant one. Taking into consideration that it is an old home, more attention should be given to the furnishings especially the sofa in living room, was soil so we covered it, also the curtains need some updating. while I understand that it is a rental property the rugs were soil, wood floors would have been better suited. Also the trash can in kitchen should have had a lid and master bedroom sink drain is very slow. We loved the screened in porch and the fact that there was available music out there, and had entrance from the rear, close to the beach and pier, we also liked the fact that there was a washer and dryer and no shortage of hot water, other than that we had a great time.

Everything was great except we only had one trash can which was full when we checked in. Unfortunately, we left the can full when we left. We noticed most houses had 2 cans. We did not know where to put the recycling either.

We had a wonderful vacation. Our stay at One Ocean Place , unit 306 was very nice. There was a few things that had we had to call maintenance about but they were there right away and problem was taken care of. The only thing that I would recommend for owners is to update your mattresses. I know sleeping away from home is never the same but these really need to be changed, especially in the master. The unit itself has a million dollar view and was very clean and beautifully decorated in the living area. The deck area was my favorite. We are thinking of booking again. We have stayed at One Ocean Place for a few years and love the location. We also love dealing with Garden City Realty, they truly are the best!!!

Our rental experience went well from start to finish. Being an older property seemed to be a plus...very quiet, maybe due to the quality of older construction? We could not hear ANY noise or footsteps from other units or from the outside. The only item we could have used in the unit was a good cutting board! (We do a lot of chopping and there were just very thin rigid plastic mats provided)

One Ocean Place 602 is a wonderful place to stay if you enjoy the ocean and a very clean place. The management staff that greeted us when we checked in was one of the best I have every met.
