This condo was perfect for my family! Plenty of room, all the necessities for cooking down to beach toys and a float for the pool. The condo was extremely clean and also had cleaning appliances at hand for the sand. The washers and dryers worked great, the neighbors and other visitors were super welcoming. The beach was right there for us and the balcony view was priceless. I highly recommend checking out the Gulf Stream cafe across the street, walking distance. The only downfall would be no golf carts allowed parked on the property but that’s totally ok! We rented one for the day and had no problems cruising around. This place was so amazing we are going to come back again for sure!

This house is absolutely gorgeous! The kitchen is very well stocked with everything a family needs. We loved the pool area! It’s beautiful and very private. The house having an elevator was a huge plus and really helped not having to haul all the luggage up all the steps.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was clean & updated! Our son enjoyed the TVs in the bunk beds! We enjoyed being able to walk over to the pier to enjoy the view and have a drink or a quick bit to eat!

great location on beach and by land. house spacious and clean. need updates in master bath which is a jacuzzi and a hand held nozzle. Fortunately we were with family and could shower in one of the other bathrooms. I won't be back till there is a shower curtain and wall mounted shower nozzle. Check in could also be easier with a coded lockbox instead of having to wait in line at the realty office. Cooktop is slow to heat and slider doors leak inside when raining.

This is our 2nd time staying at this location. Our trip in April was nice and everything was very clean. The main issue is that the 2 floors are separated by outdoor entrances so it’s harder for family members can visit.

This is the third year we have spent March at CR 12. We love the location! Easy access to the beach and located away from the hustle and bustle of Mrytle Beach. Unit has been totally renovated and updated. It is beautiful.

Property was in excellent condition and beautifully decorated. The view was fantastic. Would definitely stay here again. Lots of restaurant choices nearby. Plenty of entertainment choices also.

My 3 friends and I really enjoyed our stay at the Royal Gardens Resort. The accommodations were absolutely wonderful. Everything we needed was there. Would highly recommend.

We love One Ocean Place 1110. The decor is beautiful. Bed and living room furniture are comfortable. The view is spectacular. It is the nicest condo at One Ocean Place that we have stayed in. The only suggestion I have is chaises or ottomans for the balcony so that we can put our feet up, and a little side table for the balcony chairs so we have a place to set our coffee cup, book, etc.
