Very good property location. We liked super short distance to the beach. It was one minute and a half walk to the beach. Very quiet and peaceful place. We enjoyed walking to the pier and spending good time there. This neighborhood has stores for everything we needed. Also there were many places for fishing and having fun for kids. We recommend this property for our friends, relatives and for everyone. Customer service was excellent! Office stuff members were very kind and nice and ready for all our questions.
Something wasn't good. The carpets in two bedrooms were dirty, had dark spots, wasn't vacuumed. In one bedroom was absent some part of blinds. Also the front door blinds didn't work
well.

Plenty of room for our family of 12 with a full bath for each bedroom; so close to the beach that some of us never had to get farther than the deck (shaded with plenty of chairs); and fully equipped kitchen with two refrigerators... It was an ideal vacation rental in a great location very close to Food Lion (practically across the street), Walmart (about 10 min. south), and Costco (about 10 min. north) for supplies. All of us were very impressed upon arrival and throughly enjoyed our week there!!! We would not hesitate to rent it again! :)

This is a lovely property with direct access to the beach. It’s great to sit on the porch with your morning cup of coffee, listening to the waves and taking in the ocean breeze. The house is made for families (not for a couple). There is a great bunk bedroom for kids and a game room in the basement. I would LOVE the property more if it had a few things - more directions on lightswitches, actual lights that work out by the driveway and yes, a pool. All surrounding properties have them and that’s what is missing. Otherwise, a lovely stay in a beautiful environment.

We had a wonderful time! The condo was beautiful ; we are going to try to stay there again next year. The view from the balcony was gorgeous! We had our grand children with us and they loved the room and the beach and pool!

Our rental experience went well from start to finish. Being an older property seemed to be a plus...very quiet, maybe due to the quality of older construction? We could not hear ANY noise or footsteps from other units or from the outside. The only item we could have used in the unit was a good cutting board! (We do a lot of chopping and there were just very thin rigid plastic mats provided)

Pretty good. No issues of any kind. The AC in the master bedroom was weak. The living room would be at 72 but the bedroom would be hotter. That was really it.

We loved the condo. It was clean and the balcony was perfect. We actually watch the super moon come up over the ocean and it was beautiful. The only thing we found wrong was it was extremely cold. We didn't have any instructions on how to turn up the air conditioning so it wouldn't be so cold.

We have stayed in this unit for 3 years. We love the area, and the condo is large and well stocked. The flooring and appliances are nice too. We do wish the furniture and decor were updated and the beds more comfortable. Our family members stayed in another MQ unit that was $400 less expensive but more updated. We also couldn't get into the unit until after 4:30pm due to cleaning delays. That said, we had a great trip!

Awesome place. So glad it was recently updated. Really loved the beach views and the inlet views. We saw a few spectacular sunsets from the sitting area and balcony outside the front door.

This is an excellent location for a late summer fall vacation. Very quiet, never heard the other renters. So nice to hear ocean during the night. Unit is clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the "nautical" decorating, especially the low country art work and still life photography. Amenities were all one could ask for in a rental condo. Would reccomend possible microwave replacement, old but usable. Wood moulding and bathroom floors starting to show some aging. Overall a good vacation rental experience. Very comfortable and roomy! Balcony with rockers made for relaxing views. Kitchen well stocked and mattresses comfortable. Very surprised to see couple beach chairs in closet ! Saved us buying them and having to find room to bring home. We will return !
