Tide Tonic was a great house. The location is great. We brought our boat with us. The dock and pier we loved. The setup of rooms in the house was perfect for our group. The house was very clean. It had everything we needed in the kitchen—- very stocked. The pool was perfect. Would highly recommend this property. We really enjoyed ourselves and was very comfortable!

We really enjoyed our stay at Water's Edge. The condo was great and had a wonderful view of the ocean and the pool. The condo had plenty of sitting space and had updated sinks in the bathroom and kitchen countertops. We had a loose bathroom faucet that we called maintenance to come and fix and they were out in no time to do the repair. We would recommend renting this condo again! The pools were clean as well as the sitting area and parking structure.

We love staying at Surf Master. It has everything we need and it’s close to all of our favorite restaurants. Condo was very clean. The mattress needs replaced but everything else was great. Looking forward to coming back in the spring!

We have 4 small children and do not want to worry about the small details of a vacation. Garden city realty takes care of those details for us. Always nice and willing to help.

Great place to relax and reset your mind. Notified upon checking that washer did not work and that we could be reimbursed using the coin operated facility on the property. After checking in we could not find any coin operated washers and dryers. The next day, we contacted housekeeping and they provided us with all the towels that we needed during the remainder of the stay.

We were very happy with our unit at Royal Garden. It was beautifully decorated, not too 'beachy' inside. We really enjoyed our time in Garden City and were sad when it was time to leave.

The corner unit provides extra privacy by not having other renters walking back and forth by the condo. I have no negative comments. The entire experience was a positive one, Garden City Realty found just what I was looking for in a vacation rental. They made the reservation process simple and took care of everything. I would definitely go back again.
