Excellent experience all around. We've rented this property for many years. Major improvements were made during this past year to exterior of house (decks and stairs rebuilt, house repainted) and to the yard (completely replanted and resodded). Even though Glad Tidings is not on the beach, the view of the ocean is phenomenal with wildlife preserve between Glad Tidings and the Ocean.

Our family has vacationed in this home the last two years and we love it!!! The rooms are spacious and the beach access is incredible. We enjoyed many a night in the hot tub after a relaxing day at the beach. Since our family is large, having a bathroom in each room made our stay so relaxing. The elevator also was a huge plus for our elderly relatives. We will definitely stay here again for many years to come.

Could not sit on the deck chairs after 11:00 pm. I saw countless stunned guests asked to leave by the security guard. You should change that. Will take that into account when looking for a place next time.

We absolutely loved this home! Location is great. Fished every day from the dock and sat on the screened back porch every night. House was clean ,beds were comfortable and it had everything we needed for the perfect family vacation. Looking forward for our next trip staying in this home.

We originally were booked at another condominium complex. That condo was not what it was advertised to be. When I called Garden City Realty to let them know we needed to be moved , they were fantastic. I requested the Surf Master since we had stayed there before. Two 3 bedroom units were open and we chose 108. It was fantastic. It was a fabulous view, close to the ocean but not over the pools. It was tucked in the corner for privacy. The unit was very clean and stocked with whatever you would need. Thank you for saving our vacation.
